Unbelievable. New version overwrites everything. All routes and waypoints previously saved ... GONE! Support says could've uploaded to cloud before doing update. Thanks for nothing. No suggestions or warnings you going to lose everything. The system is slow and buggy. Time to look elsewhere?
For an app that is used in flight it is overly dependent on Internet connection for use in an area where reception is intermittent to bad in general. Are you trying to make the app worse while forcing people to pay for it. It was better quality and more reliable with better support when it was free...
I had already paid for this application when it had a one-time fee (it wasnt cheap either), and now I am forced to pay for a subscription?? How is that fair? I paid the one-time fee knowing I wouldn't ever have to pay again unless I needed specific charts. UPDATE: problem resolved, thank you for the prompt support
Close to unusable on Android devices... Works like a charm on iOS devices though. Nice as a last resort back up, not as a primary source for navigation. August 2019 update: The app is still very poorly designed for android devices. Wouldn't even be worth it if it were free.
Hi All. In 2019 i posted a bad review about Air Navigation Pro for my dissatisfaction in Android version. I bought them sinced 2014, one for IOS and one for Android, in IOS the Air Navigation Pro works very well until now. I fly the helicopter, well you know, alot of preparations we need to do especially fuel management, t/off landing for interior and remote areas. Not airport to airport 😚. However the team support have given their best effort. Guys you deserved 5 Stars from me. Well done!😘
I have a lifetime purchase of Air Navigation Pro since 2015. I did not use the app for some time last year & now I am unable to use it. On logging in & opening the app it takes me to the renewal page & asks me to buy it again at ₹ 6800/- by subscribing to Smart package. It does not allow me to open app and get the map page. I request you to restore my purchase so that I can continue to use the app without any problems. Hope it will be restored soon without any further issues.
Rip Offs. Bought paid version in 2017. Used it as I was Skydive dropping pilot. One year later, 2018, no notification that subscription was about to expire and that automatically will be extended. I didnt need the app anymore but Xample sucked out 93 euros. I send an e mail that I wanted to terminate. Year later, again sucked out 93 euro. Didnt use the app since 2 yrs and sending mails and still get ripped off. Stay away from this app and company. Scam.
I Subscribed 4years ago to this App. But since day one I just have problems on the Android Devices with Airnav Pro. Now after the latest update I can't login even though I paid my Subscription for the year. The web page doesn't work can't even reset my Password. I reported it many times and no Luck... Very disappointed in their service lately.. I rather end my Subscription and find something else to use.
Been running this App for 11 years and it has had its ups and very definite downs. I am happy to report that in it's current form when coupled with a full subscription the app is excellent for any airspace outside the US. Inside the US there are much better apps. The user interface takes a bit of getting used to however I am completely dependent on this app now for flight planning. Make sure you get local notams as well as the ones on the app.
As an old customer I would like to have access to the basics of the app as I had paid.! Then to try and buy an extra feature if it fills my flight needs. More over we have been trying to evolve the app and excel it but now they need an annual purchase. Not good handling to old customers at all.
