Stay away from this company! Supposedly you are able to program the cameras not to detect certain objects but that's not so. After speaking to IT even if you program them not to detect a certain object basically that mean nothing to the cameras. I could go on & on with issues but ...just know they are a waste of your $ and are a POS. Update: After 2 months putting up with constant problems that they obviously can not fix. We are having our camera system taken out.

Worse security application ever utilized. Their product never works appropriately. Someone can steal everything in my home and I would never get a notification because the product simply socks. I've call at least 6 times in one day to give them back this @ish and everytime...it's let me transfer you and a hang up. I have an answer for that! See if u get another payment!!!!! I bet someone will call then. Let's see!!!

App used to be great. Now, when it sends me notifications, it doesn't send the photos anymore ONLY a LINK. That defeats the purpose of having notifications where you can QUICKLY look at your phone/watch to see what's going on. They have had me on the phone HOURS after work saying it is my phone company that doesn't allow these messages anymore. This is NOT the contract I signed up for. I like the old way better not this. I think I'll have to pay to break my contract for services I can enjoy.

good, I would've probably given it a five start if I didn't need to log on the computer to change settings that could easily be done from the app. but the most important feature that if the app had would make it great. is if I could set a schedule for my alarm to arm automatically. this would ensure even if I fall sleep the alarm will arm of I forget.

This app works Ok for me. My biggest issue is not being able to turn off the chime feature from the app itself. When it's late at night and the kids are sleeping I can't open a door or turn off the chime without waking them up because I'm forced to do it on the panel. You would think this is an easy fix but I've emailed the company about this before and they didn't even respond.

Functional. But the fact that it doesn't connect to Google Home is very annoying. Updated: it's become less and less reliable over time. Will it disarm the alarm before it goes off? Who knows? We hit "disable" in the app a few minutes ago, then the alarm went off thirty seconds later, then we disabled it manually at the panel, then I wrote this whole review, and it still hasn't acknowledged the entire thing in the app.

When I first downloaded the app clips was shown immediately. Now I am getting clips 2 days later. Some clips I don't receive. I can see people in my yard through my window , however the clips don't show up. Maybe it's a pick and choose 🤔 🤷 😏. So far I haven't had issues with arming and disarming through the app. I would love for all clips to show the moment of event. Otherwise so far great app.

It never works anymore. At first it wouldn't work when Wi-Fi was on now it just doesn't work. Man this app is just getting worse and worse. Now I can't log in at all after getting a new phone. I can log in perfectly fine on the phone that's damaged. I've uninstalled the app on the new phone reinstalled it putting in the same and accurate password and username and still I won't log me in. Completely ridiculous.

This app is so slow! The live camera almost never works, and when it does, it takes forever to load. I wish they would make some improvements because this app makes me want to switch security companies. Also, the recorded videos are too short, so if something were to happen, the video would only be the first 5 seconds of the event. Like, if there's someone is on my porch, I need it to record as long as they're there.

The system logged me out sometime ago...about 1 year ago. I've not been able to log back in or reset the account. I've requested a reset numerous times to the email that I created the account with, yet I never receive an email to that account. Not in spam, nothing. I have a system I can't use...support is a joke and says you can log into the app for assistance! Highly do not recommend!

It's not very friendly. In the apartments where I live, there are over 10 doors connected with this app. Rather than searching for the door I want to open, it would be great if I could have my favorite door(s) to open on the main menu, as icons. I should also be able to rename the doors according to my preferences. Moreover, it would be great to order/sort the doors rather than having the default order.

Over all its a semi helpful app, but the lag issues are incredibly frustrating. It doesn't matter if you're on 5G or wifi it can take multiple tries to try and unlock your door or arm the system. Would be nice to get that resolved. Currently we cannot arm or disarm our system thru the app. Seems its gotten worse despite having brand new phones and everything is up to date.

So unreliable. It does not follow sync with the main panel. the live view only stays active less than 30 seconds. Nobody can explain to me how my 1 device has so many different logins, which makes me feel so unsecured. Is there a time frame to download clips? Sometimes icons pop up to share/save, but the important 1s.dont. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Cameras record events but don't save them, constant problems with the cameras disconnecting, etc. This system is expensive and doesn't work as promised. I've tried all the troubleshooting, and it doesn't help. I bought a Eufy solar wireless camera and mounted it myself, and I've had zero problems with it at less than half the cost. I wish I'd never signed up for this contract.

At least I know one of my cameras is not working and.... then nothing. The "Troubleshoot" prompt lists 3 potentials of failure, all having to do with the internet. Select yes if any of these apply. No if not. Our internet is super solid....so I selected "No". Not one iota of response. Hit No again...and again....no further troubleshooting available I guess if it's not the internet. Hit Yes just out of curiosity, and the program did have other troubleshooting options. Horrible.

Awesome app... Love the widgets to easily arm/disarm without opening the app. (In an earlier review I complained about the widgets not working. After fighting with it a few days, I saw the request to change my notifications due to an AT&T issue. Afterward the widgets were restored, so I'll admit my problem was probably due to "user error")

When someone rings my bell, there's a huge delay. There are often delays getting into this app. If I need to speak to someone at my door, it takes too long to log in. The ADT camera picture is clear, but the app often misses recordings of information. I never see when we leave the house or rarely have recordings of people that drive into my driveway even though that area is visible. Catching all details on videos is hit or miss. I do like the search feature that goes way back in time.

App is somewhat trash. even with a current update it seems to take awhile to lock and unlock. the Unlock part is scary because what if someone is following you and you're relying on this push of a button to unlock your door so you can safely and quickly get in? well you may just end up dying. please improve these mechanisms and issues before something bad happens to someone

The cameras and sensors work just fine. My issues are in managing the "Recording Rules", when the cameras actually detect motion and begin recording (my doors can open and close and the cameras NEVER show any images. Only that the doors had been opened/closed.). Otherwise, the "Service Monitoring" is excellent. I am guessing/thinking that's all that matters. Again, the slowness of the cameras to detect motion and to begin recording is a HUGE problem for me.

Even with a great phone and data in this location, the app fails to show you the videos captured. 20 minutes of a buffering screen, I came to look at reviews, and there's 30+ others just from quick scroll, saying the same thing. You would think over 6 months of reviews, they would invest a little to fix something like this. It seems to be a paper weight that looks like a door camera.
