I love the many selections to choose from with this app, but shipping costs are outrageous for minimal orders. Had to request refund because an entire month went by, and seller never shipped my order. Seems like everyone on there is a bot and you can't ever get any answers. I'm pretty sure my purchase was never going to ship, because right after I made it, the shipping cost for what I purchased went from 127 dollars to 750 dollars. Waste of time and money. Scam? Beware.

Nice shopping app. If you have to dispute something they always intervene. But once I accidentally inputted $0 as my request refund (it was just $0 by default) and they accepted the dispute but I got no money out of it (and it was $40!). There's no way to dispute it again and no one to contact. That was just unlucky though, overall this app is good. Just be catios when disputing something, if you don't dot every i or cross every t, you'll loose your chance.

This sight is ridiculous. The way everything is set up is so confusing. I put things in my cart to order, and it tells me that the quantity isn't enough. Then, when I try to enlarge the order, there isn't any way to accomplish it. On top of that, I sent a message to a seller with specific questions only to receive "Hi" as a response. I'm uninstalling and find a much easier app to deal with..

This is one of most valuable companies in the world and they give us this app? Messages take ages to come through on the app, frequently messages can't be sent, files take forever to open, and every single time you open it, it has to reload and shows you an ad screen. If there was a sightly worse way of buying goods from Chinese with a usable app, I'd definitely make the switch!

this app is a little difficult to navigate and quite frankly impossible to keep track of conversations. It's a convoluted mix of request for quotes and responses. There's no real history as far as what you're discussing. They have different chats and conversations in different places I can't figure out how to keep track of them and it quickly got so confusing I don't even want to order anything.

It's all around a great app except for the face that I cannot send files through their messenger, only pictures. It is pretty inconvenient since I need to Share other files besides pictures with my suppliers. Please take note of this! to be more specific, i would like to share files (pdf, xls, doc.) and have no option to do so through the app. that is a necessary improvement to answer your question

Stay away. Had ordered an item. They claimed it arrived within a few days but it never did. There was no tracking information provided to confirm this item did arrive, but it was virtually impossible to put in a claim that there was an issue. I had to go through credit card to get money back. I wouldn't trust any of these reviews... that are positive. High chance they are bots.

No protection from fraud! Seller keeps giving tracking numbers and they it never makes it to USA. 1st order placed was amazing and now its FRAUD and "trade assurance" is a joke! Also you can only rate a supplier if it is a good rating, if you say anything negative, it disappears and the option is removed! Keep this in mind! I had 3 great orders but the second fraud happened, they stand firm with the seller and have no guarantee to refund you as long as the seller provides a tracking number.

Prices are great. The only issue I had (for me, this is a huge issue). The items that I had purchased that came out to $285 was not delivered. Stated it was delivered but came to find out items were delivered to the wrong address, and the seller did nothing to fix the issue except make me run in circles trying to fix a problem that wasn't my problem! Never again will I purchase from overseas!

Not happy with my experience. I have purchased many things on this site and it's a gamble everytime! The items don't match the photos what a complete scam!!! When I try to get a refund the Supplier declines and Alibaba is on the Supplier side everytime and the Buyer has to take a loss . There needs to be some changes. The Supplier needs to be band for stealing photos and trying to copy and create the item because it never comes out like the photo! Unbelievable !!!!
