Reviews for AliExpress - Shopping App

← Back to AliExpress - Shopping App

About a week ago I finally downloaded this app after seeing the ads saying Order 3 items for 99 cents....... And yes, I used that deal to purchase a Sterling Silver Butterfly Charm necklace, a beautiful ring and a set of Gel Pens for 99¢ with tax total was $1.08. They have a lot of different products at reduced prices plus there are daily deals and sales where the prices are even more less. I can't wait to order more items (hard to choose what to get when there are so many great choices).

This app offered items for 0.33 up to 3 items for a new user. Searched for items, added to cart, showed that it would be price said. At checkout it went to full price. Fortunately I was able to cancel my order for a full refund. I really don't think I will be using this app with its fraudulent practices. Actual rating is 0 stars but it wasn't an option. I now see i can't get a refund to my card, only to the app, forcing me to buy something. Bought something and they delivered to wrong address!!!

My experience with Aliexpress has not been good. So I will not be using them anymore. I ordered 3 times and 2 of the orders were late. Also, i played their Prizeland. Got the $7 free shopping credit. Tried to use the credit and it wouldn't let me use it and on the 3rd try i lost the credit. I stopped playing. Another thing is that everytime i tried to use the search bar, it didn't show me anything that i wanted to see. They need to improve their site. They lost me as a customer.

Has many of the samethings Amazon has, but far lower priced. But not as easy to use. Navigation the app is very difficult, for example the very same listing has several different items with different prices and options. It takes many days and using to realize how to navigate the items to buy. They need to make this app more like the Amazon app. It's also confusing how they have different sections to buy the same items and they cost different prices. Also, the built in games complicates the usage

I am genuinely confused on how this app operates, and I haven't even been able to make a purchase yet due to the constant price changes in my cart. The new user discounts aren't applying correctly and neither are the ongoing sales that are being promoted. I usually shop around on Temu or Shein for cheap options, and have been wanting to try this app out.. but I don't feel confident making a purchase if the prices of the items change every time I refresh my cart. This app is trash.

It's absolutely horrible 😞. Orders say "Delivered" in the push notifications but in fact NOTHING AT ALL WAS DELIVERED!! I also ordered a queen size LED bed with 4 drawers and that was canceled on the last expected delivery date. I'm pretty sure they already knew it wasn't actually coming, but still waiting until the entire day was almost over before canceling it. I was so excited making and waiting to get nothing. I really don't care about any positive reviews about this company. It's BAD!!!

Advertising free items to start and you can not pick anything! You can try all that you want but nothing goes into the cart to check out. Total bait and switch. False advertising and do not install this app! It is not what it says it is. They just want to say they have millions of users and I am guessing lot of the ratings are fake too. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!

Great store but the app is a little buggy. Sometimes I tap an item or are trying to organize my wishlist & the next thing I know, I'm on the front page. This happens a lot, more often the longer I use the ap. It also goes from regular speed to crawling the longer I use it. I really like AliExpress but I'm afraid the app needs work. I'm still using it though these bugs are aggravating. I hope they get these issues fixed.

Mostly a pretty good app. The coins page doesn't work at the moment though. Ordered products arrived surprisingly quick considering they come from China (2 weeks or so). The only hang up has been the final mile delivery service (who TF is "SpeedX"?) who has ZERO customer service and can't seem to find an address that every other service can find. Products did arrive, however, and are mostly as described. Do NOT buy memory (SD cards, hard drives, etc.) from these sites.

The app used to be good. The prices are still okay the quality is hit or miss. Plus size clothing selection is still quite weak and has been for years. But the actually functionality of the app is constantly declining. Screens won't load or will spin forever. Wishlist will "randomly" encounter an error unprovoked. Coins screen doesn't load which causes me to looks weeks worth of streaks...Don't know what's happened to the app, but the technical quality isn't there anymore.

Unique items & decent prices, but I'm a return customer instead of a "new customer" yet EVERY single item in search results only displays the cheaper "new customer" price, but when I add an item to my cart the cost increases because I'm not a "new customer". I never know what the actual price is for me until I put the items in the cart & go to check out, and that is annoying & obnoxious because most item prices increase SIGNIFICANTLY. Please don't tease me with new customer prices I can't have!

AliExpress: Choose three items for .33 each Me: "seems too good to be true but okay" Goes through checkout process, order comes out to 1.08, free shipping. Sweet, checks out, everything goes smoothly Then they charge me $7 after everything goes through. No! I legitimately did not have the $7 to spend. I immediately had to contact customer service to cancel. I knew it was to good to be true but why did they literally lie until after the order was complete. Y'all have a lawsuit waiting to happen

Most products have been acceptable. There is often a problem with measuring, especially towels, wash rags, etc. My products have come smaller than anticipated but still a usable size. I like the coins you can earn for additional discounts. I just wish they would let us decide how much 'coin' to use each order. The first few months I had the app were fine. But recently I will get ads for aliexpress that will just sweep me into the app so I loose my game progress. Frustrating!!!!

Half of the seller's do not ship the items, and claim theyre not in stock, so I have to contact support day after day for a refund. They allow sellers to have things listed that aren't even available. That's against policy on most sites. It's especially bad around the Christmas season, because some mark it as shipped, but send a message saying it's not in stock, and support dont consider the messages. A refund is near impossible when an item marked as shipped. I wish they'd fix that.

The first order of 3 items for .99¢ is real. However I upgraded a bit for $6.00 to get "better" items. I received them fairly quickly and was excited! Then I was quickly disappointed. All 3 items I ordered I cannot use!! The "air pods" don't work, one earbud will work then the other won't. The Selfie stick/tripod with light seemed cool with a remote, but the light won't turn on! Then the wall light that looks beautiful came with open wires to be connected to electric. Just insane! Never again!

I purchased about 50 cheap items in order. All came early! My order of 33 was missing an item. I only received 32. I was denied a refund for my missing item, so I submitted photos of the shipping label and of the items I received, and weeks later it was approved. My refund arrived nearly 2 months after my purchase. My items were shipped quickly and are good products. Came in great condition too. Still a bit miffed about the delayed refund but would recommend the app. Turned off notifications.

I haven't had a negative experience with the app. I love the selection of products, and have had most purchases meet or exceed expectation. Like all similar marketplace apps, you should study the products and seller, and go with your gut when purchasing. For this, the app gives some seller info underneath each product. Out of my dozens of orders, only one has disappointed. I didn't trying for a refund, though (it wasn't too expensive), so I don't know what that process is like.

When you do have a problem with an item and need it addressed, it seems aliexpress' only solution is having the buyer return each item for a refund. Even an item that may cost $2... they still expect you to go to the effort of returning it even when you show through photos it's damaged. Completely ridiculous. No way to dispute it either. Not customer focused. I used to spend tens of thousands of dollars on here yearly, but I'm going to stop until they make it easier to resolve quality issues.

Easy experience the last few years. Have done some shopping for tech parts you wouldn't really find in the US. I went up to buying figurines and have not had an error in my orders, all parts were always included. The deals are what brings me back, some very costly items can be up to half off if you play your cards right, just make use of the games to get coins!

they tripled the prices for the same quality. Amazon is much more convenient. on Aliexpress I was charged for a tax that was never set in place only because the US was thinking to add it, but never did. and they asked me as proof an invoice they never sent. I asked where can I find the invoice and their answer was "we're closing the ticket because we didn't hear from you". I used to love AliExpress, their customer support was the best and the prices were great for the quality offered.
