Been using Alight Mobile for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you access your work benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and payroll info. Pretty solid if you’re into managing your employee benefits on the go.
Here’s what you can do: you can find doctors, enroll in benefits, review your plans, check your 401(k) contributions, and even get help from a personal Health Pro. There’s also a place to store your insurance card – that’s come in handy a few times. And you can see if you’re on track for retirement, which is kinda cool.
Look, if you need to stay on top of your work benefits, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if that’s your thing.

So here's my honest take on Alight Mobile. I've tested a bunch of HR and benefits apps, and this one's pretty solid. The features are comprehensive without being overwhelming, and I like that you can access everything in one place. It's not the prettiest app out there, but it's functional and gets the job done. The personal Health Pro is a nice touch too. My only real gripe is that the navigation can be a bit clunky at times, but it's something you get used to. Overall, if you need to stay on top of your work benefits, this is a reliable option.
