Would leave 0 stars if possible. Doesn't work. Forces you to enter mobile number to proceed. Then stays stuck on two factor authentication screen that is completely blank except for the heading and nowhere to enter code, no way to type or exit out of that screen. Just stuck there on blank screen with no bypass, exit or way to get to home screen. So frustrating. Before this issue started, the prob used to be nothing would load. Terrible app in every iteration.

← Back to AllēI am having the same issue as everyone. I can't get to the login screen at all. The app is obviously generating more traffic than they can handle. These may be some of the issues the company running this app is not addressing: sluggishness of the server speed, encrypted connections are not optimized, gaulty library and software development kit, the app is overcrowded with data. They need address these points to ensure their app runs efficiently.
The App doesn't work for my android. I was a one of their locations, and I scanned the barcode. It just took me to the Alle main page. My service wasn't recorded. It's been 3 days since the service, and it didn't log it even in the background.
App takes forever to load and sometimes never does! I can log on my phone browser way faster than the app takes to load. I was at an appt and needed to pull up the app to redeem points and couldn't do so. Fail!!! Need to fix, until then I'll uninstall.
This app is completely useless. I installed it and signed in. I never received the 10 points it promised if I installed the app. Obviously, I un-installed it immediately. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Then I would have realized that everyone pretty much is having issues. Not a good way to get new customers.
Since they made an extra layer security and updated their app it has not worked for me. A screen pops up to confirm my cell phone number, which is correct. Then it tells me they send me a code, which I never receive. I called their customer service today and was told to contact TMobile to take off the sms spam block, so i did. TMobile notified me i have no blocks, which i figured since I'm getting other companies texts. Uninstallling the app also did not help. I'm very frustrated......
tried to use your app on Android and the spa computer to add or use points but neither would work. On the android it just showed a picture and on the computer we could not get the breast plant recall screen to go away. I was planning on spending 600+ but decided to use another product since I could not use or add points. So sad!
I can't use the ap on my android. It just opens to a picture of a woman. No way to sign in or use the app at all. It was working when I first installed it, so I tried deleting it and reinstalling it. No luck. still not able to use this app. sure wish the company would reply with a fix. As of today 10/14/19 the app still doesn't work and I have never heard back from the company. Many Med Spas use this app to keep their clients coming back.
This app is great! It saves lots of money on Botox AND FILLERS. Every time you get something done it gives you virtual money in you wallet on that app to save money on the next thing you get done. I love it.Thank You Allee! I think it's ten dollars each One hundred you get!!:Also anything that's on sale you know because this app tells you when the sales are happening.
First time user here. I'm only giving three stars right now until the issues are resolved, but two problems occurred. First, I did not get points for downloading the app as was indicated, and secondly, a current offer is not showing up despite just having been told about it today by my provider. I hope the app turns out to be ok or else I'll just use the website instead.
Great program, terrible app. The app almost never goes past the opening screen. I have to reset my password EVERY TIME (this includes the actual website as well, so it's the program on both). I've had my account for about 6 years now and it's only gotten worse. I'll change my password tonight and by my appt. tomorrow, I'll have to change it again just so she can use my points. The app....never works.
Flash (camera) doesn't work on Pixel phones. So I end up having to use an iPad at my provider's office, but half the time it says my login is wrong (it's not).
I do not like how I build points up and then lose them after a certain time! Not all of us can go every three months. This is be fixed
I'm having issues with this app on my Google Fi. Whenever I open it, I can't leave it. The controls that allow you to move between the different windows that should appear at the bottom of the screen, don't appear in this app only. It's definitely a recent bug. I hope you people fix it soon. It's kinda annoying.
Update: After I left my original review, the app started working 2 weeks later. BUT.............. after the October 29 update that says freezing during login was fixed, it started freezing again. Doesnt work. the app uses 2 factor authentication when you log in. I get to the point where the system texts me a code. in the app a screen pops up to enter the code, but there is nowhere there to enter it. at that point I have to force stop the app to get out of it & start the process all over again.
It's not just this app -- their site is no better. I signed up to get the $75 off, but you can't see much due to their product info that literally covers 90% of the page! I thought the app might be better--WRONG! I've uninstalled and installed this crappy app 4 times. The result is always the same: it crashes immediately after it opens. Evidently, Allergan doesn't give a tinker's d*** about customers.
I'm incredibly frustrated by this app. Last time I went for Botox, I wasn't able to access the app, so I couldn't give my membership information to redeem my points. I'm due for more Botox so returned to the app today and am having same issues. I'm sent a code via text, but then when I return to the app I'm on a two-step authentication page with nowhere to enter that code. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, but that did not resolve the issue. I can login on my desktop though.
The mobile is too hard to see because it has a giant "for approval" space that pops up, then leaves you with a 1/8th inch space to try and sign into. No matter what you do, you can't get it to disappear. Which might mean you can only use the website and on a computer. Too frustrating to deal with and I'm deleting it. I'll just look for deals on Groupon which has an incredibly simple, easy to use app.
Tried unsuccessfully since January to put in my correct phone number - not sure why it's incorrect because I've been a member for years w/the same #. I get an error message that my number is already in use by another member! I've reset my password at least three times via the app. I've downloaded the app and deleted it at least three times -once was 10 minutes ago. Promptly went to the website and it worked like a charm.
So, I have used the app since January. Has worked fine. Last time I used it I logged in not a problem. Then tried to log in a few days ago while I was at my appointment, and the app only freezes. Sends a code for a two part authentication, but freezes to a white box that does nothing and goes nowhere. Frustrated, had to call and talk to a person so I could get my points. Right now the app is totally useless 😡
