Have had this app for a week. Company I work for changed us over from paylocity. All week the app on phones hasn't worked and over half the staff have to clock in manually because it doesn't work on our computers either.

Not very user friendly when given the option to use biometrics, it completely ignores the method entirely and requires me to sign in manually. I'd much rather not have to reset my password every other week.
The first time I used the app. it worked fine, now it's stuck on the last pay date, which was in March. I've gotten paid twice since then, and it still has an updated the pay day. I checked to see if the app. needs an update, but it doesn't. Worst app.
Can't login on the app. No matter how many times i change my password, it says "invalid username or password". I can log in fine on the website in google or chrome. Frustrating.
Developer: You should pay attention to your reviews and consider making changes that benefit the end user. Also, why is it so difficult to post a review (9-25-24). Having to communicate with my company's HR department to resolve issues with your app is such a burden and very inconvenient. From periodic glitches to a lack of functionality and random requirements for password changes, this application has a lot of problems. You've got nowhere to go but up from here. Please consider making changes
I can't see my direct deposits in the app. I have split direct deposits. I can't see each of them. The amount is off screen. Just part of the dollar signs can be seen. I can only view fully on website. Tried rotating phone but I see even less. Fix please.
Terrible app. The navigation is terrible whether using your phone or a PC, runs slow and gives no confirmations and looks nothing like the pictures on their home page. It is one of the worst decisions my work has made.
Since the update I can't download check stubs and I need them for housing and things but yet I can't access it how inconvenient what a terrible app. Can't view my check stubs either. What's the point of this app if it doesn't give you what you necessarily need it for what a terrible app. And there's no way to contact anyone to get it fixed this is further annoying. If your employer expects you to use this app you might want to ask them about getting copies of your check stubs.
Bad can only login after I reset my password everytime I want to look something up it never saves the login info after I check keep me logined in so if I need something I have to waste 20 minutes trying to get new passwords yes something I have to reset the password multiple times this is the worst app I have been forced to use dealing with my pay
I signed up recently to do direct deposit with where I work. Signing in through the website works fine, but not so much with the app. I can log in, but I'm stuck when I get to the home screen. Instead of the home page, I get the reset password page and I've already reset my password. So why ask me to reset it again? I'm unable to look at anything because of this. All I can do it got to settings. Edit: now it's saying my password is wrong, but that isn't the case considering that it works on web.
Garbage app...use the browser one instead! The first thing this one does is make you change your password. I already changed my password on the browser one and never had to do it again but after I downloaded this app and tried to use it I have to change it again for this app. Come on now! The browser one doesn't do this anymore.
Immediately wants a password change then argues over what i can use. This is why users forget passwords. I'll set my own. I don't neede an app telling me what I can and can't use or how many characters or symbols have to be in there.
No matter how many time I change my password and set it up . No joke the next day I have to setup a new password running out of passwords to make up. they NOT taking my deductible I requested to take out of every paycheck extra to federal taxes and not one person can help fix it . 5 manger this app doesn't work as claims. junk and a waste of my time McDonald's time.
My company just switched to this after using Paylocity which worked just fine this app is horrible if you login to clock in you have to make sure you log off 3 different screens or the next person that comes along can clock you out because it will still be logged in it looks nothing like the instructions I downloaded it's supposed to have a webclock and a menu button but they are not showing up this is the worst app I have ever used.
The only thing about this app that annoys me is that you have to reach out to your employers hr to make changes or troubleshoot your account. Like I had 2-step verification and I got a new phone number, and I didn't have time to input my new number, I haven't been able to see my pay for weeks and when I called they told me to just take it up with hr at my job, like what is the point of having a customer service line if you can't service ALLL your customers😐😒
I don't know where to begin. Incredibly slow. Won't remember my password. Stupid navigation. No confirmation when you do things that really need confirmation. It really works like an app written by people who have never used a smart phone. A genuine turd I'm stuck with because of bad decisions at work.
Like joy wolfe said. This app is the worse and the people who says it's great are liars. Everything joy said it's correct I live in Oklahoma and we switched from paylocity to this and now clocking in im almost late Everytime cause it won't show my name it just pops up the person before me even though I watched them log off. You have to refresh like 10 times after you log off just to make sure it's not you getting clocked out after already logging off.
403 forbidden error after just three times logging in. It recognizes I'm putting the right username and password in, it just doesn't care. I don't have other options to change my paycheck to direct deposit apparently. So I guess I'll just suck it up and deal with your subpar programmers making a "because we had to" low-quality app.
I was directed to the AlianceHCM website and I was automatically forced to change my password when I started onboarding in Domino's automated hr process. I did the first set of documents and, because I had started late in the evening, had left most of the forms until morning. When the morning came around I had either forgotten the password or failed to log in too many times. Thier site nor MyPay app doesn't allow me to reset and there is NO way to contact an employer.
