the app uses way too much battery. Severe problem with false alarms at night on the doorbell camera, every flying bug sets it off. there isn't different sensitivity for night and day or an AI mode which might help on the doorbell camera.

Get notifications for motions, go to see feed, app stalls; need to refresh to get into the camera to view. By the time I get to see what's in the feed, whatever set the motion off is gone. Takes days to be able to view events back, so if I wanted to check what set off the motion it could have already gone or gotten into the house.
This App continue to freeze and say if I would want to wait or close the app...Please fix this App, I am on Android with a Galaxy S25 Ultra.
lately showing OFFLINE! VERY FRUSTRATED !!!¡¡ Received your response. Using my app only requires a compatible phone. When traveling of course no internet is used. Each time I unlock my phone, this app vibrates and opens up. It just started doing this in the last week. It's so frustrating. I've turned off all the notifications on the app and through my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. Nothing is working. Please help!
the App keeps closing and I'm tired of having to log in every time I want to see who has been to.mu door or to set the alarm or to actually do anything in the app
Your app keeps logging me out. At first, it was doing so once a week when I didn't use the app over the weekend. Now it logs me out every single day. Note I use the app once a day, 5 days of the week on a Samsung Galaxy S25 +. Also, your email address listed is invalid.
Craps out occasionally. Also, please add Dark Mode. It's 2025, accessible and low eye-strain UI should be standard, or even just something that doesn't blind you when you open the app in the dark.
lately I'm having to constantly login w/user name & password & the scroll the alula agreement before I get access to my alarm system via my Android phone. It is getting to be a pain & very irritating. please fix the problem
How do I get support? I sent an email but came back undeliverable. My app shows system offline for two days yet my actual system is fine, but the app doesn't seem to be connecting. I have cleared cache and data with no luck.
Worst home automation app on the market. It's slow, not intuitive, and every time there's an update, it breaks and I can't access all my features. For example, right now, I can only see my cameras, but I cannot do anything with the house alarm, the thermostat, or the locks. Do. Not. Get. It.
App no longer displays any sort of notifications, app is up to date. Worked fine for a year and no longer works. No notification of the alarm turning on or off, going off, smoke detectors going off. This is why we switched to this. Support is non existent. Several Emails have gone unanswered.
At first I was having no issues with it, now it's not communicating with the security system. It keeps saying that I don't have authority/authorization to alarm or disarm my system. I called my security service and they had me do a test to see If they receive any signals and right before that the app starts acting right and then now I goes to set it for the night it back to doing what it was doing before. Stupid update messed up everything. Your IT department needs to fix this FAST!!!
After I punch in my disarm code, it takes forever for it to disarm, and sometimes it doesn't. Then you have to send the disarm code again and stand there and wait and wait for it to disarm. Then your phone will finally say that the system has been disarmed. Takes too long from the time you punch in the code till it disarms. Now the app will tell me the system is disarmed, but it's actually still armed. I hate this app.
No major issues until the most recent update, can no longer control smart devices from the app. I now have to go to the panel to control thermostats and lights. The other security devices work, but the point of the app was to integrate my home and now I can't, very disappointing. Also, there was no communication about this, I'm dreading having to re-enroll security devices which happens somewhat frequently my doorbell.
LAUGHABLE! It gets WORSE with every update. No ads, but the equipment offered is USELESS! 1/28/23, now we have no icons, and nowhere to add devices. We can no longer use it. Why? Updates. Doorbell camera records the 30 seconds AFTER the event has triggered. You'll see a clip-art of someone at your door, but when you watch the video, you only see the aftermath. No settings to change this. Alarm feature doesn't even trigger your app when triggered! Again...USELESS!
very basic compared to my old wireless App with another company. It started out working okay except the camera pushed notifications every 3 minutes, which drove me nuts! Now it doesn't give notifications at all, and the camera feature quit working altogether! What good is a security camera if it doesn't work?? In addition, everything under the Zones area is dimmed active and will not allow me to change it. App is also slow. I am not happy... Will more than likely change companies.
Update: The app works intermittently. It can take way too long to load, requiring several restarts, and will even load showing your system disarmed when it's armed. How can you trust an app that can't give you your current system status correctly? Original: Works but it's slow to open and connect to my system. I also wish it had more functionality and allowed Google/Nest integration but alas...
Very inconsistent system notifications. On most occasions you have to be logged in to your account to receive any door/window open or close notification. The system then randomly logs you out or time out the connection without your knowledge. This issue has been ongoing for quite awhile through numerous updates. Going to start shopping for replacement system if improvements are still lacking, this is unacceptable.
If I could give this ZERO stars I would! The app and the service is a joke. Our camera works when it wants to. I recently changed my wifi router and I'm suppose to reset the camera and touch the "+" sign in the upper right corner of the app to connect the camera to the new wifi. However, there is no "+"!! How can I use something that doesn't even exist? 🤦♀️
