Since the update, any time I open the app and try to do literally ANYTHING, it immediately goes to the all blue screen that just says "a to z" and does absolutely nothing. No signs of loading going on, it just sits there on that screen. I have tested it and left it open on the screen and it does not change. It's not my connection, cause I've tried it with both working wifi AND unlimited 5g data and it does the same thing.

If I know that I'm going to be using UPT for more than one day, I would like to have it listed in the time off options so I can enter it in advance. Please change the app back to what it was before.
We have to use it for work at Amazon. Its ok. Many older phones have a difficult time loading this app. Also, the app tends to crash every once in a while. Some of the things we need, such as checking for VTO depends upon your phone's processing speeds. If you don't have a phone model that is only 2 or 3 years old, you will miss out on any VTO just waiting for it to load. Sadly, this app does not work on a computer, meaning you have to go directly to the A to Z app and won't get notices.
I think this app is pretty useful and offers a lot of different options for Amazon Associates. Sometimes takes a long time to load page or gets stuck loading and I have to close out the app and restart it. I would like to see all of my accumulated time off balances, including any sick time on a screen with my schedule/hours worked for the week. It's also not easy to navigate unless you know where to look for Amazon offered programs like Journey Builder.
It's extremely hard to get shifts, they're going so quickly when notifications are telling me they're posting like 15 shifts that day. I'm there on time to grab shifts, early even, and the moment I click on one shift to apply it says it's no longer available, and the next half second when I refresh the page all the other 14 shifts are gone! Please fix this, it's extremely nerve-racking not being able to get shifts in a time like this.
Depressing. Then slow and inconsistent, but mostly just depressing. I've never had to use a system or be part of a culture that makes me feel less valued as an employee. Hard work isn't recognized or validated. There are four times as many associates as there are shifts available...and they want to send more new hires. This app is the centerpiece to a toxic model that leaves most people coming up short.
App keeps crashing. When I uninstall then reinstall the app, it works for a bit. Then crashes after a few uses. I have to uninstall and reinstall app after almost every use. The app worked fine for the first 2 weeks I had it. I also have not been able to pick up any shifts since app has been crashing. Says I have 0 hours until cap, when I have 0 hours scheduled. I called to see if I was suspended or something, but amazon rep said nothing looks wrong with my account from their end.
Clock punch doesn't work most of the time. I'm always in the building with location services on. I even used the buildings wifi???! I thought the location services would make it better but unfortunately, it just gave my manager more work to do. Don't bother going to your work station early without an actual punch clock nearby...very frustrating.
Pretty decent app aside from a couple of things like update time when you drop a shift as well as the amount of click it takes to get to points unless you have a high amount. Also, a suggestion would be to add the area of which you are signed up. I am FLEX, and once I sign up for shifts, it just says OLM1 (my site) instead of Inbound or Outbound. Makes it really confusing to tell where I signed up for. Seems like an easy fix if developers could look into it. Thanks
I don't know what happened, but the "Find Shifts" tab is malfunctioning. As of 8.29.24, I can no longer pull down and refresh the page which makes picking up shifts during shift drop impossible. I can navigate between days, but cannot reload the page in real-time. I've tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and the problem persists. It's pretty frustrating as a flex associate to not be able to pick up hours because of software issues.
I was originally going to give this 5 stars because I can view my schedule and view my paystub, but I can't clock out with it anymore! Everytime I try to punch out or in for lunch or in general, it keeps showing the error message "Are you in an Amazon facility?" Even though I'm in the break room! This app needs to get fixed because we only have a limited number of time clocks at my warehouse and they're super far away from my work station. This has happened for almost a month now, fix it!
The app is good for showing everything you would need, or as far as I know thus far. But this current version is not working as it needs to. Some of us have to fight for shifts here and not being able to reload the page under 'Find Shifts' is more than an annoyance. I've had to use the website of late so right now the app isn't working out for me at all.
App does not work right. Everytime I get a text of shifts available, I log in and there is nothing. When shifts are actually available, I am unable to select them because it freezes. There needs to be a bug fix. Also I do not always want to see the ads or notifications from other sites at the top of the screen, they should put it back to the way it was.
This app is ALWAYS slow. It takes forever to load, forever to do anything. If you click on a notification for VTO or VET good luck getting it to go through. The app is so slow I have missed out on many opportunities due to lag time. I have updated it, closed it out and restarted it and nothing works. No excuse for this, coming from a big corporation like Amazon. They need to fix it to where it's not so damn slow.
As work apps go it's functionality. and ease of use are all very good. however this app has one major flaw for me and my Google Pixel 7a phone. Every time (and I do actually mean 100% of the time), I want to use the app I must reset my phone first or it crashes. I've tried Factory Resetting the phone, updating the phone, deleting other apps, clearing the cache, deleting and reinstalling the app, l even sent it back to the manufacturer and no joy. I often miss out on overtime due to this issue.
The most recent update is TERRIBLE! It takes waaaay too long to open, it buffers for like 60 seconds. God forbid if I'd like to take advantage of a VTO or VET before they're filled up! I don't stand a chance. Also, why must we log in multiple times per day? I understand security but at least give the option to stay logged on. Oh, and since the option to remember this device is there, it would be nice if it remembered the device when the option was selected. Frustrating is an understatement!!!
Yall need to rescind this most recent update. Im getting logged out CONSTANTLY whereas before I was never logged out EVER. On top of that, the new startup graphic is cool but the app takes way too long to load, and im also assuming thats why the logouts keep happening. Keep the app simple. Don't add a bunch of stuff it doesn't need to make it look nicer. Functionality over form. Its a work app.
Hi 👋. I'm constantly having to enter my login information, sometimes multiple times per day. Previously, that wasn't the case. It's always taken a long time for the app to load for me, however, now it seems to take even longer to the point that my screen begins to dark before I can get in. I appreciate the changes made to keep the app fresh. I just really don't want to enter login info every time. Edit: Since posting this comment 3-4 days ago, I haven't had to sign in again. 🙌 I'm satisfied.
Every time I open the app, it gets to the home screen and then becomes unresponsive while seemingly trying to load the punch data. The only way to do anything in the app is to turn off the wifi so that it can't try to load any data, navigate to the page you need, turn the wifi back on and refresh the current page. And even that doesn't always work because it sometimes decides to just boot you back to the homepage so it can lock up again.
This app takes way too long to open (typically, at least a full minute or more) both at work and away from work. These issues have gotten steadily worse over the last few years. The latest "update" takes this app to an entirely new level of terrible. Still takes forever to open, and now, every time that you open it, you have to go through the slowest ever login process. Since this app is required for work can you PLEASE make the damn thing work?
