To whom it may concern. 1. The pass 2 weeks the app has been crashing and turning off. 2. The notification part sucks it only notify s you whenever it wants. 3. Fix the picture selfie part 2-3 time's it's too many.
there are a couple of options that don't show on Android devices, only why is that? top right corner doesn't have the option to go on duty off duty or any of the options to do inspection or to see eld report. plz fix these issues in the Android relay app.
app keep freezing all the time, not responding quick,need to reinstall every time. it can cause you to arrive late and screw your score .mean no more work. of course amazon customer service they don't care.
the app is flawed. you cannot upload documents to your on-boarding application as it requests, once you choose the document, the app closes and begins again where it left off. I have deleted and reinstalled the app with no change whatsoever.
I'm updating my review, it was 5 stars as the app constantly is improving! But there's currently a glitch on this app where it will not allow you to select your vehicle or manually place it in!? There's no way to contact anyone and this affects you from completing your load!
GPS eta is not accurate for actual Amazon powered trucks since we are governed at 63 I have to add 30 minutes to an hour or more depending on distance. Also, the optimization tool needs to go, it's always changing my time.
The navigation is usually very accurate, and the app is easy to use. The scheduling can be difficult at times, and sometimes literally impossible to keep. Often there are unrealistic unload and departure times, especially on consolidated routes, leaving the driver feeling helpless while the stops, start late and domino effect forward through the route. Most of the time the scheduling is generous on delivery and travel times, but part if the time very disconnected and ridiculous.
Works fine for scanning packages and work at the post offices and at the Amazon facilities. However... DO NOT use this for navigation. You will be set up for failure! Literally the worst navigation software I've ever used. One time it took me fifty six miles off course and insisted that a radio tower was the post office. A dowsing rod is a better navigation tool than this is. Edit: newest version doesn't play nicely with GPS tracking either.
Very limited options on contacting help. Loads canceled at an Amazon facility are usually botched. I often get canceled at KMCI and then the tour disappears with no return trip at all. No support from anybody. Just left hanging. I take my empty trailer and head back to MKC4. KMCI doesn't want it but relay says drop it then go nowhere. THERE IS NO OPTION TO CONTACT ANYBODY TO FIX IT. If this were a real app that was used to make money it would be dropped immediately. But we are forced to use it.
Not good at all. Misinformation on loads. I'm due to pick up an empty trailer but the app says "load not ready." App info is often different from guard shack. App locks into "load not ready" but will not inform you of cancellations. Also gps is useless, oftentimes didn't detect arrivals and blinks out en route to destination.
