the app won't load correctly. I can't even pick what price package much less watch a show.

I have to force stop the app and clear the cache after waiting to no avail for it stop loading every time I try watch.

App not working even after reinstall. Keep getting the message "Something went wrong. Contact support". Please fix the app. Many with the same issue.
This app still doesn't work after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. It may be time for a refund.
Oh my goodness!!! How do I delete this app? We are trying the free trial. There are not very many movies. Canceling is a nightmare. Help!
not impressed with this app at all.constantly having to uninstall and reinstall so that I can just watch my shows.not to mention the fact that I paid for a year and none of my shows are on till next year :(
Love the quality and genre's on this service. scratches my sci-fi, horror and action itch. even went annual and bought some stock. want more. app works fine. ignore the hater reviews and make your own assessment.
I love the shows that are on here that I can't watch anywhere else. But first off they didn't honor the 3month price they offered to me. & the app hardly ever works. a ripoff
This may be the worst app I've used for streaming. It rarely works or loads, just a grey screen. It's the only app I have installed that does this.
Cancelled my subscription and uninstalled the app because of the bad video quality on every movie and tv show watched. Big ups to creative and show development teams for bringing awesome content, thank you shudder, ifc, sundance for bringing amazing content into the streaming service App development team needs to really improve this app towards minimum benchmarks for a streaming app
I paid for no ads but I'm seeing ads. How do we stop this rip off?
resolution 720P???!!!!??? WHY ?!? And IT'S NOT EVEN WATCHABLE 720p TWD series are completely distorted in any dark areas. video res @720-48fps should be watchable but you're videos are not. they're more discolored than 340p on the TV app.we purchase quality/expensive 1gig internet & 8k or 4k 120hz Android TV's ONLY to find out we're stuck with outdated below subpar AndroidTV apps
There is a glitch that persists that states there is an error loading due to the internet connection. No other app has this issue, and my TV is wired and not wifi. My connectivity fine when tested. In order to correct the issue, I must delete then reinstall the app.
App constantly says that there is no internet, even though no other apps have connection issues.
app doesn't present the 'connect to a provider' option on my tv so I just straight up can't log in... contacted customer service twice and still nobody has been able to help me access my account so it’s ultimately worthless!
worked fine for one day then stopped working since. I tried restarting my TV and uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't work. I want my money back!!!
UI is a horrible, clunky, stuttering mess. There are 30 second (albeit skippable) pre-roll ads on the ad-free plan.
the content is excellent interface okay the app has no studders though... its on a FiOS latest generation router the TVs are wired WiFi is off scanning off as well.. it has come a long way from where it's began
