The coupons don't work. This app is trash. It has flash deals and freebies, but when you try to redeem them, it doesn't work and they want to charge you. Cashiers won't do anything about it and just say "no free" in their foreign accent, even if I show them the app with the coupon showing clear as day. Don't even waste your time with this garbage!
The Marysville, WA store finally has app set up; they've had the signage up for over six months. As a consumer it's frustrating they don't honor the advertised pricing. I sympathize with employees when they have customers that are not as understanding and they can do to adjust the price. I have paid full price or $1 more that labeled on items I only got for the sale (every $1 counts when on limited income with unemployment rate as high as it has been during this pandemic).
The worst app I've ever used!. First off, it FORCES you to give your location, or it will not open. You cannot select your location. Secondly, there is an endless "Verification" when trying to register. They send you a "Verification" e-mail, then once you verify, they send "Verification" codes, and no matter what you select for a password, it keeps looping back to change your password. It will not accept the password, just forces you to change it. And keep changing it while never allowing access
It was previously one of my favorite apps and I actually altered my commute a few months ago to pass by an ampm because I started going there so much. However, after the recent update, it almost never can connect to the server, and if it does, I'll play the scratch game, see 3 presents, and then get an error that it's unable to complete the transaction. So a scratch deducted from my account and nothing awarded, major bummer! Here's hoping they fix it soon!
4/17/19 Great for a snack, if you win what you want. 10/10/19 After two of the recent updates, the app just doesn't work right. When I'm near an ampm, the same distance or within the building before, the app won't connect. When it decides to work, any of the offers I have disappear, "not connected to server". By the time I'm away the items suddenly come back. Disappointed 11/25/19 Still trouble
So after days of trial and error I finally got the app to work and it was going fine. Then it updated. If you're considering getting the app, don't bother because it's not even worth the hassle now. The prizes are super rare now, you only get one chance to win a day unless you pay money, and to top it off the prizes you rarely win are only available for 3 days and then it's gone. Before the update you had around 3 weeks to redeem your prize. Uninstalling permanently for sure.
Pretty simple to use. It's easier to earn and redeem the free rewards, which is hassel free at check out. Just make sure you're paying attention to how the app is applying your rewards to which free item you want. I use the coffee buy 1 get 1 (at this time) and if you have 1 more cup to buy before your next free drink, but currently have a free scratcher coffee reward. You can't tell the app to hold off on your free stuff for later. It'll automatically use it the next time you're getting one.
App forced update. Update lost all tickets and items in wallet. Free items once won from scratcher you have 2 days to claim. Would be better if was a week. And now I can't even login. Tried making new account and nothing happens. Will update review once I can get back into the app and use it again. Otherwise it is waste of data and personal information like location if not using it.
Awful. Please just bring back paper punch cards. Tech is not your friend. It's not a cashiers job to figure out why this app is slow and not working at all. I just spent 30 min trying to log Back in, after I was forced logged out. After some mandatory releases of more of my info. And 4 email links that did not open. So disappointing. GO TO 7-11.
Bait and Switch app. Multple times I have used this app for a discount and not gotten the discount. Just this morning I was lured into the store for a $0.99 cent cup of coffee. Instead I was charged full price which was $2.29! I also bought two packs of smokes, discount was supposed to be $1.70, no discount. So $3.00 more to shop at AM/PM. This isn't the first time. Big huge marketing ads claiming $0.99 icee with app. Get to the register $2.49. Cashiers can't help. "App not working again"
