I'm very disappointed because you created your site just to eat the people money. How can you explain us? You send someone your details but she can't see it? I tried many way private msg, i changed my profile picture with another picture with my details but the same history. Many of them they using fake accounts You can't convince me to use it again, there's no way to meet them or enter at contact with them. Because you're blocking email,cellphone number,name etc...

I've had a miserable experience so far. I've spent hundreds of dollars and cant even exchange contact information with a girl. I logged out and then when I logged back in my whole history and profile was gone and tried to charge me again. I'm not happy at all. I think I've experienced a scam.

I had to cancel my Visa card because someone stole my info to purchase things for $15.99 & $2.99 & the charges went through. 4 days after I cancelled my card, I was charged again for $15.99, luckily, the card was cancelled. I wish there was/are extra Visa security to protect people from this in the future. They say their is then how was my card used again for another $15.99 transaction? This happened today along with another fraudulent transaction another websites.

I want to edit my account but it keeps saying error. Every time I try to edit my profile it always says reload page and I click on reload then it does it again and again. Please help me with this issue. Thank you.

don't know if you are speaking to a real person o bot. Also once you get talking to someone the site blocks the exchange of phone numbers or email address. You need to keep paying them almost $1/min to chat to someone, that could be a bot... Also, try to delete your profile... there is no way to do that... you can not close your account or delete it.... I have sent an email to cancel my account and it seems i am still getting charged... I had to call my credit card company and block further char

Cannot check past mail, Mobile app cannot do to much compare to the other site, also cannot check out persons Profile, unless you paid for it or they are in your contacts. Flowers, and Gifts, should be on sale on certain Holidays. Look for some improvements, and your Ratings will go up, THANKS 😊, K.B. III

Unable to send gifts or add photos to letters using the app. Appears to be highly over priced and over rated. Letters sent to potential women are screened and edited, to prevent any opportunity or connecting with someone outside of the site (unless you send gifts) which im sure is a breach and invasion of privacy. The novelty can wear thin and off real quick if you are genuine and don't have 100's & 1000's of dollars to spend. disappointing for a site that claims 'love has no boundaries'

This is not a dating site ... this is a money making site for the owners. They consistently gouge you ! Forget about trying to make contact with any of these "female" members. For whatever reason the app didn't work on my phone. I tried to log on back through my email. I wasn't successful. Then this site sets up a separate new account, which I didn't want. And there's no way to delete this new account. "Customer service" is very sad, considering what you pay for their services 🤔😕

You could be in the middle of a conversation and then the app decides you're done. You're no longer able to find that person nor communicate with them. There's several other problems with it but that's the biggest. 99.9% of the users are NOT look to date or anything like that. They just want your money.

Just another fake dating app. The moment you sign in you are swamped with messages from "beautiful" fake lady profiles (all of them verified by the app). The age you put in, the lack of photo or even alien name does not matter. Talking to any of them costs money of course, and the only "free" message feature gets you one or two pointless replies before it also starts charging you. If you want to feel good about yourself being wood by a bunch of fake shiny girls go for it, but expect to pay a lot.

FAKE APP! All of the profiles are fake and everything is designed to trick you into spending money. As soon as you join you're flooded with obviously auto-generated messages from "women" that are just word salad. I tried chatting with 6 or 7 "women", but they're even more obviously chatbots. They can never answer direct questions - even easy stuff about what's on your profile. Also, many of the profile pics get a lot of hits with a Google image search because they're stock photos.

Horrible, according to my contacts, i didn't receive messages that were sent to me. Received literally hundreds of duplicate messages, and once I deleted them, they would reappear after signing in to my account later. Contacts getting annoyed with me for not replying to them when I did reply, but they didn't receive the message. This is supposed to be a highly recommended site for finding love with women from other countries. Maybe in the past, this was true, but currently, it is disappointing.

This is the absolute worst service i have ever used. firstly their mobile site is extremely buggy secondly they charge you per minute of chatting or using other services instead of charging an upfront fees. essentially they try to fleece you and do it heavy. lastly on their mobile site the option to buy credits is a button that is conveniently placed just above the chat bar, easy to tap by mistake. Once tapped it does not confirm your purchase. It jut charges your account. i feel cheated...

You advertise that we can purchase our first Credits for $12.99 but everytime I go to pay it's charging me $29.00 so either this is a scam or your false advertising. Thanks for your reply. Due to the fact that you advertise a fee of $12 for 20 credits you then tell me at check out that it will now cost me $39 then it's very obvious that you are scamming customers. So please don't blame someone or something else for your clear cheating tactics.

Its now subscription based. if you want any communication you have to pay 9.99 per month. This then gives you permission to purchase credits to further that communication in chat or letters. They say this provides discount for credits but their credit rates haven't change much when you could buy credits directly without subscription.

This app and website are ridiculous. the amount of money you have to pay to use it is wrong. I hope that the ladies on the other end DO NOT have to go through this. if you are going to change a subscription fee and make us pay to chat do one or the other NOT BOTH. This is price gouging and wrong on so many levels. You are praying on people who just want to find love and it's wrong.

This app is a complete rip-off. It's not a genuine dating platform, but rather a money-making machine. Expect to spend $100+ every couple of days just to maintain basic conversations. Every single click costs money, and the app is designed to drain your wallet. Another major red flag: free users resist connecting outside the app - which shows how tightly the platform controls communication to keep you paying. Bottom line: Stay away from it. Concerning the app, it is effective for chatting, viewing profiles, and direct calls. Unfortunately, viewing letters is extremely tedious, as you will have to scroll through; for what seems hours, to check if you recieved something from someone specific. I would suggest a search function for the letters section. Also, maybe a tab dedicated to all your communication forms (letters, pictures, etc.) with your favorite members. Additionally, it is not possible to send pictures via letters.

Latest update makes navigation difficult on my Samsung S25 Ultra (Android 15). Banner at top of display "All members visible on the app are FREE USERS" hides the top-left menu & hides Profile/Photos/Interview menu at bottom of profile. Worked properly before the recent app upgrade. Still works properly after app upgrade on old Samsung Note8 (Android 9). 08-01: Modified screen resolution & font size, with no improvement. 08-13: Still broken. 09-12: Still broken.

You can pay for a monthly subscription through the App, but never get the free chats. All it gave me was a couple of minutes on the actual Website, and no camera sharing at all. Why bother with the subscription? You can waste money on Credit packages just the same without one. On the App it wouldn't let me send any messages, just told me to buy Credits, and I had to try for a week to reach customer service. I left two Tickets. The phone number is useless, it just tells you to reach out online.
