I'm very disappointed because you created your site just to eat the people money. How can you explain us? You send someone your details but she can't see it? I tried many way private msg, i changed my profile picture with another picture with my details but the same history. Many of them they using fake accounts You can't convince me to use it again, there's no way to meet them or enter at contact with them. Because you're blocking email,cellphone number,name etc...

I've had a miserable experience so far. I've spent hundreds of dollars and cant even exchange contact information with a girl. I logged out and then when I logged back in my whole history and profile was gone and tried to charge me again. I'm not happy at all. I think I've experienced a scam.

I had to cancel my Visa card because someone stole my info to purchase things for $15.99 & $2.99 & the charges went through. 4 days after I cancelled my card, I was charged again for $15.99, luckily, the card was cancelled. I wish there was/are extra Visa security to protect people from this in the future. They say their is then how was my card used again for another $15.99 transaction? This happened today along with another fraudulent transaction another websites.

I want to edit my account but it keeps saying error. Every time I try to edit my profile it always says reload page and I click on reload then it does it again and again. Please help me with this issue. Thank you.

don't know if you are speaking to a real person o bot. Also once you get talking to someone the site blocks the exchange of phone numbers or email address. You need to keep paying them almost $1/min to chat to someone, that could be a bot... Also, try to delete your profile... there is no way to do that... you can not close your account or delete it.... I have sent an email to cancel my account and it seems i am still getting charged... I had to call my credit card company and block further char

Cannot check past mail, Mobile app cannot do to much compare to the other site, also cannot check out persons Profile, unless you paid for it or they are in your contacts. Flowers, and Gifts, should be on sale on certain Holidays. Look for some improvements, and your Ratings will go up, THANKS 😊, K.B. III

Unable to send gifts or add photos to letters using the app. Appears to be highly over priced and over rated. Letters sent to potential women are screened and edited, to prevent any opportunity or connecting with someone outside of the site (unless you send gifts) which im sure is a breach and invasion of privacy. The novelty can wear thin and off real quick if you are genuine and don't have 100's & 1000's of dollars to spend. disappointing for a site that claims 'love has no boundaries'

This is not a dating site ... this is a money making site for the owners. They consistently gouge you ! Forget about trying to make contact with any of these "female" members. For whatever reason the app didn't work on my phone. I tried to log on back through my email. I wasn't successful. Then this site sets up a separate new account, which I didn't want. And there's no way to delete this new account. "Customer service" is very sad, considering what you pay for their services 🤔😕

You could be in the middle of a conversation and then the app decides you're done. You're no longer able to find that person nor communicate with them. There's several other problems with it but that's the biggest. 99.9% of the users are NOT look to date or anything like that. They just want your money.

Just another fake dating app. The moment you sign in you are swamped with messages from "beautiful" fake lady profiles (all of them verified by the app). The age you put in, the lack of photo or even alien name does not matter. Talking to any of them costs money of course, and the only "free" message feature gets you one or two pointless replies before it also starts charging you. If you want to feel good about yourself being wood by a bunch of fake shiny girls go for it, but expect to pay a lot.
