it's fine; decent for basic overview some minor mistakes. Could really benefit from some search functionality, SFX mute, and expand quizzes section to really be worthwhile (e.g. origins/insertions, innervations, type out the highlighted tissue, etc)
Reviews for Anatomy Learning – 3D Anatomy
excellent animation, descriptions, and quizzes. only scare was with image failing to load... not sure how our why, but was able to get back after going through various options. "operator needs to smarter than equipment"... app in this case, lol.
Even as a graduated doctor, this is a great app for virtually visualizing the structures in 3d than just having seen the images in books as 2d. There's even quizzes too which is really great. The controls are inverted so it takes a bit of time to adjust. But overall a great app.
This app is an amazing deep dive for a beginner like myself. I keep finding new corners to play in. From the entire body view swaping out different layers and removing one piece at a time. To the atlas of broken down groupings, landmarks, animations and quizzes. awesome
I really love the app for many reasons, especially because of its massive amount of content. Even though it’s quite expensive to get the full package, the one thing I think would make the price feel even more worth it is adding a description for each part of the body. Disclaimer: I know that would take a long time, but when I’m learning, I sometimes want to know not just the name, but also a small description. (The more info, the better!)
look this app is good but it is TACKY how they watermark the 3D background after you have paid 50$. almost makes me not want to use it. it's a good app besides that, but the watermark makes it feel cheap and free-- and it is neither. also: why no overall search? that all aside, it is a helpful anatomy app, and it is helping me. i do recommend it, just wish it was a little classier frankly at the price point.
What a great app. And it is constantly getting updated and getting better. I bought the lifetime premium amd haven't regretted it once. Told my friends about it and they also said that it's a banger deal getting it for the price If you're a med student or need to know/explain anatomy for your profession, this is absolutely amazing I am a med student and a personal trainer at a gym. This helped me both learn anatomy and better explain biomechanics to my clients (through the animation section).
There are so many excellent anatomy books that help you learn and understand what a tissue, organ, or thing in our body is and is not, as requested by our A&P classes. But it's this app that helps me see how everything interacts with each other and see the layers. It's a massive learning curve to interact with the model, especially if you're trying to show something specific. As a model to play and observe from, fantastic and worth the money.
It's not easy to maneuver on a phone. This was a late night find while studying that was on sale, which appeared to be a great deal. I barely used it. I couldn't figure it out, it wasnt what I needed. I was focused on school, by the time I got around to request a refund/credit I was told I missed the deadline by 15 days. Google said seek out the developer. The developer said refunds are throufh google. So, with many back and forth emails between both parties. I gave up. Still don't use the app.
Awesome app! I have a test in about a week and I cant use the lab until friday. While using models obviously is better and more reliable, this app is great. I'll be using it alot while away from the lab. Although I love the quizzes, I wish there was a way to rotate the 3D models while quizzing. Also, I wish there was a way to skip questions on quizzes, since not all classes teach everything. Overall great app!
