I’ve been using Anchovy for a couple months now. It’s basically a recipe box, meal planner, and grocery list app all in one. Pretty solid if you’re into cooking and trying new recipes.

Here’s what you do – you can upload your own recipes using photos, links, text, or even voice recordings. There’s also a social feed where you can see what your friends are cooking and get inspired. And the meal planning feature is super handy – it generates a grocery list based on your weekly menu. Took me a while to figure all that out but it’s really useful.

Look, if you love trying new recipes and sharing them with friends, you’ll probably like Anchovy. It’s not perfect – the social feed can get a bit cluttered at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re into that kind of thing.

So here's my honest take on Anchovy. I've tested a bunch of cooking and recipe apps, and this one's up there with the best of them. The recipe scanning and sharing features work really well, and I love the visual social feed. The meal planning is a game-changer too. But it's not without its flaws - the interface can be a bit confusing at first, and the app crashes more often than I'd like. Still, if you're a home chef looking to level up your cooking game, Anchovy is definitely worth a look.
