I love Andy’s frozen custard, and I also love the app. it’s simple and easy to use. Their custard is the best I’ve had. The only problem I have is trying not to go to Andy’s too often. lol

The best frozen custard! My family tries something different every trip, but me. I’m a butter pecan every time. it’s soooooo good. The app is easy to use as well.

You can only view the menu, view locations, add a payment card (not remove it), and check in. there’s no option to order ahead. you can’t redeem rewards on the app. you can’t even submit a service request on the app. I don’t understand the point of this app?! there’s no functionality at all.
