Easy to get free stuff!!! Consider being able to order online, but you would only make the item once you came to the store and checked in.
this app is really hard to Understand Because It lacks basic information or guidance. When it comes to the apps functions or purpose, wellllll.... I'm not quite sure if the app is meant for the use of andys prepaid card system or if it is actually a rewards card designed to gain rewards and benefits... Honestly, though, this app is basically straight up trash! it does provide discounts and benefits such as discounts etc.. but it is very difficult to navigate and use correctly. I think?????

so had an Experian tear that was kind of embarrassing, mentioned it and Andy's Frozen Custard was on top of it not only did they solve my issue but they made me feel a lot better about the situation thank you you guys are the most delicious place I know of!! I could eat it everyday for real though 😋 😋 😋 😋 yum yum yum
I love Andy's frozen custard, and I also love the app. it's simple and easy to use. Their custard is the best I've had. The only problem I have is trying not to go to Andy's too often. lol
The best frozen custard! My family tries something different every trip, but me. I'm a butter pecan every time. it's soooooo good. The app is easy to use as well.
A few weeks ago and last week I had the gooey butter cake concrete. I really love this seasonal selection made by them. This tasted so good! please have it more than a few weeks! It's a St. Louis thing, I know, but it was delicious 😋
This app is the worst. please hire a high schooler to fix it. 1) Biometric sign in doesn't work. App does not even prompt for it after you set it up. 2) There is no way to opt out of emails. 3) Trying to register with the QR code doesn't work. It just takes you to Play store to download the app. 4) Updating My Profile takes you to a blank page. 5) My identity shows I'm a "Test User" whatever that means.
App bailed on me, I checked the App before heading to the store to get me free concrete and check in. Just When i am about pickup my concrete, App didn't work, profile showed as test. tried clearing cache and storage and restarted the app, it didn't even login, now i missed a check in and had to pay for one of the concrete.
I love Andy's itself I had it for the first time this weekend I downloaded the app thinking that I would be able to place an order before I got there and that is not the case. hopefully in the future you will be able to place an order and hopefully they will have the full menu other than that keep up the great treats.
