Easy to get free stuff!!! Consider being able to order online, but you would only make the item once you came to the store and checked in.

this app is really hard to Understand Because It lacks basic information or guidance. When it comes to the apps functions or purpose, wellllll.... I'm not quite sure if the app is meant for the use of andys prepaid card system or if it is actually a rewards card designed to gain rewards and benefits... Honestly, though, this app is basically straight up trash! it does provide discounts and benefits such as discounts etc.. but it is very difficult to navigate and use correctly. I think?????

so had an Experian tear that was kind of embarrassing, mentioned it and Andy's Frozen Custard was on top of it not only did they solve my issue but they made me feel a lot better about the situation thank you you guys are the most delicious place I know of!! I could eat it everyday for real though 😋 😋 😋 😋 yum yum yum

I love Andy's frozen custard, and I also love the app. it's simple and easy to use. Their custard is the best I've had. The only problem I have is trying not to go to Andy's too often. lol

The best frozen custard! My family tries something different every trip, but me. I'm a butter pecan every time. it's soooooo good. The app is easy to use as well.

A few weeks ago and last week I had the gooey butter cake concrete. I really love this seasonal selection made by them. This tasted so good! please have it more than a few weeks! It's a St. Louis thing, I know, but it was delicious 😋

This app is the worst. please hire a high schooler to fix it. 1) Biometric sign in doesn't work. App does not even prompt for it after you set it up. 2) There is no way to opt out of emails. 3) Trying to register with the QR code doesn't work. It just takes you to Play store to download the app. 4) Updating My Profile takes you to a blank page. 5) My identity shows I'm a "Test User" whatever that means.

App bailed on me, I checked the App before heading to the store to get me free concrete and check in. Just When i am about pickup my concrete, App didn't work, profile showed as test. tried clearing cache and storage and restarted the app, it didn't even login, now i missed a check in and had to pay for one of the concrete.

I love Andy's itself I had it for the first time this weekend I downloaded the app thinking that I would be able to place an order before I got there and that is not the case. hopefully in the future you will be able to place an order and hopefully they will have the full menu other than that keep up the great treats.

Andy's Frozen Custard is hands-down one of the best-tasting ice creams around! Super convenient for a quick carry-out, always served fresh, fast, and hygienic with seasonal favorites on the menu. The creamy, rich flavors are a hit with the whole family—definitely our go-to yummy dessert spot!

I went to the Mount Prospect IL location today at 4:30 PM to get my key lime pie fix and the manager was so helpful , understanding when on line apps fail! I wish I had gotten her name but I am sure that can be figured out! This location has always had very friendly employees every time I have been there! They all make a visit to Andy's of Mount Prospect a pleasant experience even when the car lines are long and you just want to get that awesome ice cream down to cool out the heat of summer.

always updating and requiring reentering password when you are online and no time to reset. it is a total pain, I have stopped using it

ABSOLUTE TRASH APP! I looooove the custards though, but terrible interface. It can't seem to reload my account even though I saved my card. i have to reenter it every time. cannot tell me what my reward is but can sure tell me it expires in a couple of weeks. last i checked, I had at least 30 pts but now I have none. I know it didn't use it. checking in has been no issue really. just managing account money and seeing rewards. please fix and upgrade. it's 2022. this app is from early 2010s...

You can only view the menu, view locations, add a payment card (not remove it), and check in. there's no option to order ahead. you can't redeem rewards on the app. you can't even submit a service request on the app. I don't understand the point of this app?! there's no functionality at all.

The custard is fantastic! However, I got a new phone and transferred all my apps over. Login info needed to get into the app. Says my information is incorrect. I attempt to use password reset, but I am given the error message that my email doesn't exist. OK, so I go through the sign up process...get a message saying there is already an account with my email (the one that didn't exist). I don't know what to do!?

Location check in doesn't work Giving two stars because the frozen custard is so good. And I don't mind that the app is a bit clunky. However, the check in function doesn't work. The idea is that you give the check in number and you get points for what you spend. However, I've spent over $50 without the points getting registered to my account. When I use the Andy's card, I get points. But the point of the check in is that you don't have to have the card with you. So a bit sucky.

New store opening near my house - yay! Promo to win a year of free custards - yay! I attempted to register on the app. It requested a promo code and refused to move past it. Ok, annoying but let's see if we can work around it. I registered on the website and then attempted to log in. No matching users found. Weird, but maybe the database isn't synced instantly. Tried again the next day. Still can't sign in. Checked the website. Can't sign in there either. Email says I'm enrolled, so WTH?

Don't download! This is a very confusing app and works like no other rewards app I have. When you reach out to find out if they can help refund remaining funds because you don't want to use the app anymore, they tell you that you have to dispute the charge with your bank. I have missing points, doesn't show all of my funds that are there and I didn't get the free reward they promise for using the app.

Great service all the time at my usual location & great frozen custard as well! I'm only giving the 3 stars because of how terrible the app acts. Whenever I open the app & use it, browse through, it is constantly lagging no matter how great my end of the connection is working. It gets overwhelming w/ how much it lags, I would love to be able to browse through the app quickly within a click, but it's impossible to do so. Please fix these problems & update the app for better, faster, & easier use.
