Been using the Anova Culinary app for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that connects to Anova’s line of precision cookers to help you cook restaurant-quality meals at home. Pretty solid if you’re into sous vide cooking.
Here’s what you can do – there’s a huge library of recipes from chefs and home cooks. Just pick one, connect your cooker to the app, and you can control the whole cook from your phone. And you can start, stop, adjust the temp, and monitor it all without even being in the kitchen. And if you’re feeling creative, you can even create and share your own recipes.
Look, if you’re into sous vide and want an easy way to get perfect results, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Definitely worth checking out if you have an Anova cooker.

I've tested a bunch of cooking apps and the Anova one is pretty solid. The recipe library is really impressive, with tons of options from pros and regular home cooks. I like that you can control the whole cooking process right from your phone - super convenient. And in my experience, the connected features work well and it's easy to monitor and adjust things. The only downside is the interface can be a little unintuitive at first, but you get used to it. Overall though, I'd say it's one of the better cooking apps out there, especially if you have an Anova cooker.
