Been using the Anti Inflammatory Diet app for a couple months now. It’s basically a recipe app that’s got over 1,000 meals focused on reducing inflammation. Pretty solid if you’re trying to eat healthier.
There’s a ton of recipes in here – breakfast, salads, dinners, you name it. You can search by category or just browse around. It’s got a really nice interface that makes it easy to find stuff. And the instructions are super simple to follow, even if you’re not the best cook.
Look, if you’re trying to clean up your diet and make some anti-inflammatory changes, this app is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the free version has some annoying ads – but overall it does the job. Tons of tasty recipes to try without a ton of effort.

I've tested a bunch of healthy recipe apps and this one's pretty solid. The variety of anti-inflammatory meals is great, and the instructions are straightforward enough that even I can follow them. And the only downside is the ads can get old if you don't pay for the premium version. But if you don't mind that, it's a great way to discover new dishes and start eating better.
