anytime I take a photo on the app to scan it even if I try using from my gallery it won't scan. apps broken. why did I pay for this?? want my money back 🙄

asks for an upgrade to the premium version before being given the chance to try out. when given an easy object to identify, it gives various answers none that closely resemble the given object. Google lense offered better answers for free. don't waste your time and money on this.

this app is a scam!! kmthey take your money,and once you have paid,it no longer works. you can not search or submit pic,only edit them. BUYER BEWARE!!

this gave me less information than Google lens did and they charged me $3.99 before it would tell me anything. Not impressed, cancelling now.

paid for one year subscription but app doesn't work. buyer beware. unable to ID any items due to a bug that prevents acknowledgement of images taken.

I started calculating antiques two years ago, and I haven't stopped looking since. This app will help me tremendously

App is helpful but i only signed up for 1 week and they've continued to charge me every week since. Cancellation info is not provided in the app.

I have been trying to contact this company to cancel and they only have an email. I have emailed them twice in the past week and no one has contacted me yet. I pay weekly and I don't think it's fair that I have to keep paying just because they are not responding to my emails.

Don't waste your money. All the app does is search for similar items on Ebay etc. Complete waste of money and I can find nowhere on the app to cancel the subscription.

you can't use the app whatsoever unless you pay a weekly, monthly or yearly membership. No free trial is even offered to see of the app would be worth paying for any of the membership amounts. I'll just stick to using my Google lens/ assistant for free when I need to find info about something. Thanks but no thanks...

The app presents as free but has zero free usage. All buttons go to your pay options and block any usage until you subscribe. You can't even try one usage to test it for accuracy before purchase. I did not pay so I can't speak for its paid quality.

This app is awful and does not work.. I have contacted the developer a number of times and they just don't respond. I would like my money back!!

I used this app for 1 day. It didn't meet my requirements. I tried to cancel subscription but can't. I sent request to cancel but have had no luck. I do not recommend using this app.

the app.is difficult to use & uninformational.Its hard to take a picture & for some reason there is a graph or scale when you are TRYING to take a picture. Ditch this app.& go to library instead

somehow accidentally subscribed to this app and it does not show in my subscriptions. even though I tried canceling all subscriptions so I did not have to pay any more it has been taking $3.99 weekly for a few months now. be careful

ALL THREE "sample" tries were WRONG! They weren't even close. There was no option to choose another that more closely matched my piece. Nor an option to add more detailed pictures like watermarks. Judging from the sample, I would NOT pay for this app. It is highly inaccurate, in my experience.

There's no description of what the free version includes. So I will tell you what you get. A WASTE OF TIME! There are articles about antiques- 6 of them. And you can list the names of your collections. Just the names. Not the names of each item. The name of the collection. That's it. The camera button leads you to a page to pay and upgrade your version. When you go to settings and click on my membership it takes you to the upgrade page! Policy and legal buttons do nothing.
