Jumped Amazon music because of the bugs and requirement to pay more money and it became buggy, now this is just as buggy and stops connecting randomly. Cleared all cookies and cache and I still can't play certain songs. It's like it freezes and I have to shut down the app and force close it running in the background. Highly inconvenient. Please fix.

I've used this app since 2016 with no notable issues. But ever since I got a Pixel 6A a few months ago, it's been burning through my data like crazy. Upon noticing this I turned all data usage for the app off, and if I try to download a track while on data, it'll say I can't. Yet it still will burn through hundreds of mb's of data in the span of a day if I forget to close the app while not connected to wifi.

They broke the playlists over a year ago when they removed the custom covers and replaced them with generic, cheap, indistinguishable covers and. still haven't fixed it, or better yet, added the option for people to choose how their playlist covers are customized. It's 2025, these options for a streaming service this expensive should be common knowledge.

For being you know, *apple* music it's surprisingly good on android all things considered. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it can be a bit buggy occasionally, sometimes only one song on albums will load or music won't play. Would love if some of those issues could be fixed but for the most part it's a good app.

I've been with Apple Music and seen so many changes. Good for listening individual songs, but dont expect to listen to albums in their entirety - many songs fail to materialise due to licensing issues. Their subscriptions service is a nightmare, unless you're a dedicated Apple follower - turns out that they would rather lose money, than fix an easy subscription base. Anyway, good riddence...I'm happy to listen to the radio or play my music files...that actually play albums in the entirety.

Apple sucks more than any other company I've ever used. Sorry for the day I tried them. I've bought many, many songs that I can't access, simply because I don't want to pay an extra subscription fee for their intrusive, expensive app! They are more frustrating with "support" than any non English speaking app on the market. And much more of a rip off.

I get that iTunes is meant for iPhones, but if you're going to make an app for android it should, at the very least, work. I attempted to log into my account, since I left my apple device in another state, but it seem almost impossible to navigate. Pages don't load, amoungst other issues. Very frustrating as I have had a monthly subscrtions for over a year now, which I can no longer access because this app simply doesn't work.

App stops playing for no reason. I play an artist, one song goes through, and then nothing plays. It somewhat makes sense when I move away from wifi, but most of the time when it fails to play im just sitting down. Still connected. Music selection is often buggy, too. I open an artist's song list, choose one, and an entirely different song plays. Only reason I'm still here is because Spotify raised the prices on me twice. And if that happens here, I'm out

This app is so unstable that it feels like a joke. It crashes constantly and there's a ton of stuttering when scrolling through songs, albums, and playlists. On top of that, there is no trace of a button to download all songs. you have to scroll through and download songs one at a time. It is extremely frustrating and stupid that there is no quicker way to download things, especially when some users have existing libraries on other devices.

60% of the time it works every time. Several times in the past and now Apple Music just stopped working. There were no error messages. Nothing, absolutely nothing, happens when I press "Play" on any of the downloaded songs or aobums or any of the live content. On the positive note, Apple Music Support service is much better. At least it shows "An unexpected error has occurred, please refresh the page." message. Very informative. Are thee "expected errors" too? I am a paying subscriber (so far)

I like having so much music at my fingertips, but the app itself is seriously lacking. It's especially painful to navigate while driving, and if I try to get Android/auto to pull something up while I'm driving, it doesn't work unless the app is running and pulled up with the phone open. Also, when playing song to song, the app fades them together awkwardly, and it's terrible. just give me the two second pause! Hopefully it'll get better but being an Apple product, I have my doubts.

Not a great app. I often have to restart the app because of buffering issues. also, if you listen to an album from a band and want to switch to one of their other albums, rather than clicking back to go to their album page again, it takes you back to the home page. Really annoying, especially if it's a new band and youre not familiar with their albums.

This app is great for listening to music. However, I've been encountering issues while the music is playing to where it'll break throughout. And it's not just one song, it'll be throughout. I don't know if it's connectivity issues or the app itself, but it's been happening pretty often. Another thing that I would like to see is the ability to select all songs at once within a playlist instead of individually. It's time-consuming, just trying to redo a playlist.

The only reason why I had initially signed up for Apple Music was because Verizon was willing to include it in my plan for free. I'll admit I was curious about it but wasn't planning on using it as my main music provider. For 7 years, Spotify was my go-to & yes, I had Spotify Premium. The more I used Apple Music, the more I realized how much I liked it. It's so much more organized than other apps I've tried. The Playlists, the suggestions, the transitions, the quality of the sounds 🔥🔥

I have to reset the app by uninstalling it every so often because it will not play songs I try to add to the up next. I has a work around for this where I would add the song to my library which would get it to play and if I didn't like the song I would delete it. I am constantly listening for new music and this prevents me or my car mates from playing different tunes. My work around seems to be non-functioning now 🥲 No ads with paid version.

I really wish my "downloaded" music didn't constantly get frozen in buffering. Every hour or so I have to take out my phone and skip a song that refuses to play. Even if it wasn't downloaded I have great signal most of the time, so it's obviously a problem with their UI/music player. It's been broken for the last five years, so I doubt it'll get fixed any time soon.

Songs are not loading, even with cache set at 5GB and 5g data. It's happening on multiple albums, and has only started since upgrading to a Pixel 9 pro, never had an issue on my Pixel 7. The app is also automatically setting to repeat all when it connects to the car. It's very frustrating and I'm glad I still have a CD player in the car because I can still listen to music when the songs won't load

The interface is clean & simple, especially the now playing screen and the lyrics. Sound quality is way ahead Spotify. I switched from Spotify because I didn't like how they spent their profits on weapons contracts instead of artists. But there are some things I miss that could go a long way. I wish I could control playback from other devices, like my macbook or watch. And I can't seem to set Apple Music as my default music player so it defaults to it. It also seems to use a lot more battery.

Where to start? Switch to Apple Music when the service provider offered a deal, and most of the family has apple products. 1st major issues with this app... over 90% of the playlists offered are terrible (it's either a bad algorithm or a musically challenged people creating playlists). 2nd, downloaded playlists will stop playing if a song on the list doesn't download or is missing from an update (very frustrating on a flight). 3rd, you're an Apple product on the Android market. Do better!

It's a good Music app, but for almost $20 a month I should not have to delete the app and re-download it for the music to start play Aka "Error 22950" and then after you re-download it for about 1-3 days it'll work and then hit you with the same error. This goes for downloaded music too. Not worth the trouble especially when they have the resources to fix the issue.
