Forced rating for app to work, then doesn't work

They held me hostage an said that if I didn't give them a 5 star rating I wld not get full access to there product I barely made it here to give them 4 just to spit in there face ha ha ha

Just installed and they won't give me access until I rate 5 stars. Shady AF!
