There was problems with loading, sometimes with not accrediting points and ads. It was easily fix but contacting customer service just showing screenshot of your achievement. I did earn gift cards at first. Then they asked for my legal name then they ask your to submit your ID. I lost my points and gift cards trying to cash out. Now I cannot even sign in because of suspicious activity. I clicked the contact button and it won't load. It just show me their logo on the screen

I was unable to get the payout button to work and messaged the company 3 times with no reply. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled to get it to work but for how long? Coins take forever to build and the times calculation of how long you play a game isn't accurate. Still, you do get $ (very minimal) for playing games (when it works...) so I guess that's something positive.

I was able to earn enough points for $5 in 5 days... then suddenly the points were stalling out no matter how long I seemed to spend playing the games. Cashed in points for a $5 Amazon gift card. Tried new games, accumulated more points. Suddenly can't cash points in now. NO RESPONSE, I have emailed twice. Don't waste your time. Terrible games, terrible service, terrible benefits.

I've been playing for almost 12 hrs - still have yet to reach the quarter way mark for a lousy $10.00 gift card. If you are totally desparate to have something to do, this is the app for you. Also, limited game selection. Don't think you'll ever see much $. Mistplay pays off SO MUCH FASTER! No they didn't pay me to say that. It's just the truth.

Payouts don't feel out of reach. That is, until you notice that as soon as you actually start playing the games, the reward you get for playing it per minute greatly diminishes. And somehow they can do this without ever telling you? You can click to play a game that says 364 coins per minute. Then, after playing for 20 minutes, you come back to see that you were actually earning 656 coins for 546 seconds (or, 72 coins per minute). And yes, that really is what their system looks like.

Used this app pretty easily for a few weeks- got to a point where I could cash out & now the thing will not start up at all. Stays on load screen for several minutes, never loads. Just for good measure, I left the phone for 10 minutes, still didn't load. I updated, no change. Based on other reviews, I can't delete and reload the app because I will lose all points. I'm wondering if I finally got enough points for a pretty good cash-out and now its suspiciously not working. I smell a scam.

Honestly, this was okay at the start. I knew I wasn't going to break the bank but extra pocket change is handy. The problem is the app stops tracking your time/levels after a while. I downloaded a brand new game that supposedly paid out 209 coins per level. I played through a total of 30 levels and nothing. They have effectively shorted me close to $50 because their app is so buggy, it can't track your activity. Scam scam scam to mine your data and they stop tracking your progress.

Sadly I can't rate it lower than a 1 star. This app is just broken. I only say that, because I downloaded it, opened it, and couldn't link any of my emails to it. "No existing account found" was the only thing I saw. Of course there wouldn't be an existing account, I just downloaded it. Don't waste your time with this, Mistplay is worlds better. I've already cashed out multiple $25 gift cards, with zero issue on there.

I played 3 times longer than was needed to collect and got a message saying there was a connection problem and they couldn't collect my data, so no payout. There was no connection problem on my end and the only problem I encountered was them not paying what they said they would. 299 coins per minute of play, 145 minutes playing and zero payout. Can you say SCAM?

Uninstalling. Just like everyone else is saying. The app is not taking into account the levels you are passing when playing games and it does not do what it says it will do. I've played 3 different games and none of my points have been added or accounted for. They are just collecting money at this point by you downloading and playing games. Use the Drumo app instead if your reading this. Payouts, game tracking etc. are consistent and they pay almost immediately. Uninstall this app. No good
