Description
Been playing Appy Weather for a couple months now. It’s basically a weather app that gives you the forecast in a super easy-to-read format. Basically, there’s this cool Timeline screen that summarizes the weather for the day in just a few lines – no more scrolling through long lists to figure out if it’s gonna rain or not.
There’s also more traditional hourly and daily views if you prefer that. And the forecasts are pretty accurate thanks to the hyperlocal data. You can even get alerts for things like severe weather. It’s got a bunch of other handy features too like pollen counts and UV index.
Look, if you’re into weather apps and want something a little more user-friendly than the standard ones, you’ll probably like Appy Weather. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on Appy Weather. I've tried a bunch of weather apps and this one's one of the better ones. The Timeline view is super useful and makes checking the forecast a breeze. The hyperlocal data is pretty accurate too. The only real downside is the interface can be a bit confusing at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's a solid app.
