I’ve been using AR Drawing: Easy Drawing for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you use your phone’s camera to project images onto paper, then you can trace and redraw them. Pretty solid app if you’re into sketching and drawing.
Here’s what you do: You pick an image from the 100+ templates they’ve got, everything from animals to anime to vehicles. Then you point your phone at your paper and the image gets projected right onto it. From there you can just start tracing and sketching it out. There’s also a free-draw mode if you want to create your own stuff. And the AR features work surprisingly well – took me a while to figure out the best way to use them, but once I got the hang of it, it’s super useful.
Look, if you’re into art and drawing, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky and the templates get old after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out, especially if you’re a beginner or just want a fun way to get into sketching.
