Been using AR Plan 3D Tape Measure, Ruler for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you use your phone’s camera to measure stuff in the real world. Pretty solid if you’re into home improvement or DIY projects.
Here’s what you can do: you can use the AR tape measure to get the dimensions of a room, doors, windows, and other objects. And there’s also a 3D floor planner feature that lets you sketch out room layouts. It’s got a lidar scanner too, which makes the measuring process even quicker. Took me a little while to figure some of that out, but it’s super useful once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re into home design or just need to measure stuff around the house, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the AR can be a little finicky sometimes – but overall it does the job pretty well. Worth checking out.
