Tried to get introductory 25% discount on delivery order. Wouldn't let me add and told me to choose location. Chose location and ordered food. Would not let me navigate back to the deal page from the menu to get my 25% off without re-entering info over and over again. And still couldn't apply the coupon. Did not save info when I entered. Tried website, same problem. If I can't get my discount, then THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING.

"Selected time is no longer available" App claims the location is closed despite it being open. I know cuz I'm in the parking lot. Changing locations yields the same error. Looking at these other reviews, yeah, it's not just me. Arby's, your app is BROKEN! I want to use the deals, but I can't. So I'm going somewhere else with a working app

The app is nice and I like the deals, but I have a big issue with gift cards and deals. You can't use gift cards through the app but also you can't use most deals in store. So if you have a gift card, you basically can't use any of the deals. It's a dumb system that really should be fixed. ETA: Now it won't process my app order at all and I still can't use deals in store.

The app only allows the user to redeem or earn rewards if an order is placed online. There is no way to earn or redeem rewards at the restaurant. Limited time items are not available on the app. There is no flexibility when placing an order. Users can not order a combo & get medium fries, but have a large drink. There is no way to add points for an order not placed online using the app. It's as if Arby's doesn't really want their customers to earn points.

why you get a notification that they have a buy one get one free sandwich thing. you go into use it it gets added to your cart but it's not usable so you can't change it until that coupon expires because it doesn't allow you to change the coupon. and instead of saying that the coupons already added to your cart when you try to change it it just says that there's no online ordering available. it's amazing when it does work but so far it's only worked one time.

Ordering delivery is a massive pain. It switches you to some Doordash site that runs ridiculously slowly, with lots of lag. Attempting to get back to the menu, out of the cart, backs you up back into the regular Arby's app and you then have to type the address and do the delivery selections again. After this happened 5 or 6 times, I just closed the app and decided to order elsewhere.

Garbage app. On multiple new devices, it has many issues with payment processing. I usually get an email instantly saying that the payment failed when using Google pay or Apple pay. The notice usually comes through instantly. I've been using my debit card lately instead, but today I got email 10 minutes after submitting my order canceling the order because of a payment processing issue. again. I didn't see the email, because I was driving.

The app is terrible. Each time you open the app If you choose pick up and change your mind to delivery it empties your cart and you have to begin again including typing in your address though it was previously saved and you have to reselect the restaurant location. There is a different menu for pick up and delivery beyond price differences. You can order a chocolate shake for pick up but it isn't on the delivery menu though vanilla is. We gave up and chose a completely different restaurant.

The UI/UX is atrocious. I currently use a foldable and when trying to place an order on the cover screen the UI defaults to the place a payment and doesn't have an option to move it out of the way in order to input the payment option. The only way to actually use the app is to use the big screen. Also can't apply deals to delivery orders and the Google Pay option is only available through the website.

This is the worst app EVER! I had the app for years, then about a year or two I have not been able to order from it. I get a message stating "having technical difficulties". I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data and cache, and it will not let me order. Just Google "issues with Arby's ordering" and several videos and Reddits will pop up.

Horrible app, wrote this review in February and September still issue....App lets me add food and go to checkout but wants my phone number to be added before paying. I add my number and click apply. It just stays there, try to close out and it won't let me finish paying and checking out. Wish the app was more reliable. Decided to go somewhere else because it wasn't worth the hassle.

what a joke. Just installed the app on a new phone. tried to log in. 3 different times, it told me there was a "security risk detected," and i needed to reset my password, so I did. after the 3rd time, I gave up. I think I'll be giving up Arby's, too. if you can't do something as simple as maintaining an app and refuse to honor coupons without a mobile order, I'm not interested.

Requiring purchases be made through the app is a significant detriment. One more app having my credit card information is potentially one more breach waiting to cause problems. If I'm at the restaurant for dine-in, I should be permitted to pay at the register, just as I can with apps for other fast-food chains. I'm keeping the app - for now - only in the hope that this issue will be corrected.

this app must have been put together by a pretty stingy smart individual because you'll have like a coupon for free cheese sticks with a purchase but it's one penny off so you can't make the deal happen, or they'll give you like 20% off an order but you have to click into the fine details to realize you have to spend $15 or $20, same thing with free sandwich deals you have to go into the details to realize that you have to spend $11 to get that deal so most of the time the store has better deals

It'd be great to build an order, then leave work, then stop on the way and grab your order. But if you click checkout, your order is prepped then, 30 minutes later, when you get to the restaurant, your order is mush. Wait till you get off the interstate to pay, and your apps reset, order erased, start over. if I have to open the app in the restaurant parking lot, it really isn't much better than ordering in drive through. Give me a way to order ahead.

This is probably the worst food app I've ever used. You have to select a location every time you want to order regardless of location permissions, navigation is convoluted and includes entries on screens that take you to entirely different parts of the app, there is no way to cancel/refund, and you're stuck waiting days for a response from the 3rd party provider if something goes wrong. If you get the error code (APP 4241), you're effectively banned from ordering until the provider can "fix" it.

This app is so over complicated and buggy it's basically useless. It signs you out repeatedly and when you try to log back in, it goes to a page to create a new account and then tells you you already have an account. Well, no kidding! I was signed in 20 secs ago until switching to a different page in the menu signed me out randomly. What a mess. Even when it works properly for a couple minutes, you find out you can't have the advertised deals for delivery.

Unfortunately, numerous problems continue with the app. Deals & rewards cannot be applied (at least I have had no luck with it). I've written to Arby's several times over several years about these problems, but there has been no reply, nor any improvement in the app. The majority of the time, I just order from another restaurant. It's hard to tell how much business Arby's misses out on due to the problems with their app.

This app has made progress from what it was. However, it is still lacking some basic functions. There are things I request in my food that is not able to be customized in the app. I have to tell them when I arrive about these changes. They often forget and have to re do the items. Please stop making them put the stickers on the cups and bags for personal orders. This isn't a delivery service. I am picking up my own food. How about light or no ice options customization options ect?

Doesn't work. On the screen confirming my order it won't let me proceed because it says I haven't filled in the necessary customer details to proceed to payment, even though I've given them everything through my profile. Even editing the information through the link at the confirmation page doesn't work, as it seems to not apply the details and erases them after I click "apply". I actually think I had this very same problem a couple of years ago, having this app installed on a different phone
