Been using for about 5 months. App works well to keep track of repairs and repair history. Parts inventory feature is nice. I do wish they would incorporate a labor time look up like Motorguide or Alldata. Not sure if there is an API available for you to use in ARI but that would be a HIGHLY sought after feature among many of your customers. I thought I saw it as a "coming soon" feature in the past but I haven't been able to find it in the app. Keep up the good work!

I really like the VIN number feature and car information it saves a lot of time, also I like the invoice templates. Ware we need improvement, wen i hit the ( share link on your social media ) my social media dont appear. Can always copy and paste the link but it's just a pointer. Also I would like to just have they QR code by itself so I can screenshot it & share it on social media.
CAN'T GET CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESPOND!!! Love the trial app but immediately after I purchased the pro app I could not use it. It kept telling me the the trial period was over and I need to purchase the pro version. Been there, done that. Have tried to contact customer service through several emails...cannot find a phone number. NO RESPONSE!!!
Good idea. Very bad operation.. it's so stupid slow. Click on something and wait 10 seconds for it to do anything!!! Always says it's expired when I pay automatically every month.. doesn't work at all without internet connection.. which I think the reason it's so retardedly slow. Every action you make it need to verify through internet.
I've been using ARI for 3 years now and the features have increased substantially since I first started using the app. All the integrations and available options make it easy to stay up to date with your competitors. We're a mobile mechanic service, so having a mobile app that can do everything you would do at the shop is a must for our company. Definitely try it out!!
We have used ARI for about a year and a half and have enjoyed how it simplifies and makes our estimates and invoicing so easy! Highly recommend this app. It's also awesome you can have it on a laptop, desk top and your phone access customer files on the go or in the office.
Unable to cancel my monthly subscription. They say you can and when I follow the instructions it takes me nowhere. My checking account keep getting debited and I can't seem to stop it. This is my money and they have confusing and inaccurate ways to cancel. Don't pay for this app and then want cancel. Say goodbye to your money once a month.
Have been using Ari for a couple days now and I have to admit once you get the hang of the software, it really is so easy to use and seamless. Plus, I can have it on my desktop, my phone or access through my browser which makes it universal, unlike some other competitors out there. Coupled with a great cost, I'm committed!

This is by far the best invoice application on the market, it gives you a huge amount of options to work with. It bends to fit your specific needs. It even let's you sort jobs by client equipment. Keep inventory, work schedule, appointments, it's all in one package. It's interface is really user friendly with extensive step by step detailes to get you on the right path. Amazing!
Best app for the price hands down..... Now make an app that is just for the mechanic. I pay for this myself. The shop I work for does not use ARI. There for all the shop software is not needed. I do love the app and its functionality. it's easy to use.
I've been working with this software for almost 2 years. I like everything about it.. tech support always responds promptly and with good advice. Love the layout. NOW, You will need to exercise all the patience a human can muster because its slow, slow ,slow, slow and slow. This program is already cost me one monitor and mouse due to me trying to search for an invoice one hot July afternoon. Even after the server move/update It still feels like you're working on a 28.8K baud modem.
keep updating app interface, i find my self using it less and less, super frustrating constantly relearning how to operate the app. very disappointing as it was very user friendly. (update) after leaving review app is more buggy and more useless.
We use this app in our Small Engine Repair company. while it is more suited for automotive, the team has been very helpful in adding requested features that makes our life easier while in the ARI ecosystem. They have done a fantastic job, and honestly we are very happy with our shop software vendor.
Well this app would be headed in the right direction if the issues that it has would have been fixed back when people first complaine about. It still has the problem of not marking the invoice paid when you finalize. Plus now right after the update when you go to print the page that you go to pops up and goes away without even being able to actually print.
Not what I needed, but will do. I was specifically looking for a LOW COST software for my motorcycle repair business, the description online claims it works for motorcycles, but its really not. This is tailored to auto shops, but I am able to make it work, and its low cost. Its a much nicer way to keep track of my inventory than quickbooks who wants an additional fee for stock management I havent used any of the billing features yet, but Im sick of QB.
This is a great piece of software. As an independent mobile mechanic I can easily quote, invoice and take payment all while I'm on the road. With PartsTech I can even order parts once a ticket is approved. I'm even trying to get my full-time job to use this software. They are a small marine repair shop. If there was a little more tailoring towards the marine industy, I could probably push them over the edge. As well as more back and forth with QuickBooks.
Been using ARI for about 3 years + now. We have worked through alot of bugs but all in all we love it! All you get, the platform , how it's set up, it's great. We use to have 7 out of 10 invoices screwed up by the time it got to the customer but now it might be 1 or 2 out of 10. We are content with the product just not what the product is costing us! We do think the the cost is a little on the high side and should be lowered. If not then it needs to come with hourly labor guide for free!
Product is great and support is right there when you need them. I have used many other programs from much larger company's and ari is very easy and the price is very fair. Even with the labor guides cost (try any of the competitions pricing if you don't believe it)it can be inconsistent and not mobile friendly. I do not like the inspection report layout and that it isn't linked to the invoice in terms of adding it as a recommendation which I'm sure you guys will get there at some point.
Update: Last time I left a review that I found out later to not be quite so accurate. After emailing back & forth with a rep from ARI about our concerns, he took care of the issues in a timely manner. He is correct when he stated that they have very similar software compared to other Auto Repair Shop software, but at a fraction of the price. I can also say that I love, love, love the receipt scanning option for expenses. It would be awesome if they could do that with the parts inventory as well.
