Don't download this. I got it when they had a promotion and after trying it out for a month I realized it isn't for me. I went into setting and canceled it. a year later they took a years payment from my account. when I immediately reported this should have not happened they refuse to refund my money. I hadn't touched this app in a year bc I thought it was already canceled. BEWARE! DO NOT DO IT.

Poor business practices. I never used the app because it's so limited. They don't manage their subscription through Google pay on purpose so you get zero notifications prior to auto renewal and make it difficult to unsubscribe. When I was charged for my next subscription I requested a refund within an hour and they refused to. It's not hard to issue a refund, it's simply company policy to extract as much money as they can from their users.

Terrible experience; this app is completely different from what was advertised on Facebook. The workouts are dull, and I just discovered that they are still charging my card even after I canceled my subscription two years ago. I emailed them requesting a refund, but they haven't responded, even though the app indicates that my subscription is inactive. This feels like one of those scams where they make small charges to your account, hoping you won't notice.

Deceptive Practices. FRAUDULENT. This company will offer promotional prices, and then very fiendishly loop you in on a yearly subscription. They will charge you over $100 with no warning. They'll tell you this information was given to you but that's simply not true, I've checked. I spend $35 on a service with them a year ago that has no invoiced receipt, no confirmation of services, subscription applied. The only information I ever received from this company was their collection of my money. 💀

Write down your subscriptuon renewal date or else you'll get charged a ridiculous amount out of nowhere. The app is meh. Decent workouts and healthy lifestyle info, but it was never what it promised to be: this alternative, effective way of staying healthy. The workouts also can't be casted so you're just trying to watch the small images on your phone the whole time. They have a website, but it never worked when I tried to use it. Overall disappointing and now I'm stuck with it for another year

solid companies these days have good customer service that includes a reminder email etc before a subscription renewal. after a year of not using this app, I got a message I had been charged for the next year. I contacted and requested cancellation within 24 hours and was told it was impossible for them. 🙄 just lame, and not gracious policy for longevity.

Useless app, horrible subscription management and even worse customer service If you purchase a paid subscription, beware that it won't show up on the "subscriptions" page of the Google Play store, you have to manage it directly though Asana. I'm out 80$ even though I haven't used the app in a year and they refused to refund.

I signed up for ~ $25 per year but it renewed at about $120/year without any prior notice! not great, but I was able to get my $95 back, and the auto-renewal cancelled. All in all a pretty good app, good easy recipes + very good verbal explanations of the poses and exercises which I appreciate. I'd give 5 stars if I could watch Asana Rebel videos on my TV but alas I cannot. It does not have a smart TV app, and it blocks all casting attempts I make. Workout videos are better on a large screen.

App is basic at best. plenty of free workout/stretching apps that are better. this one is difficult to Unsubscribe. there isn't a place to confirm that the account was closed or show the payment method. I had canceled the subscription but they charged me anyway. after contacting them 3 days after being charged (charged on a Friday, emailed them on Monday after seeing my credit card charge) they denied refunding.

I enjoyed this app the few months that I used it. I did a free trial and then paid for one year. I haven't used it in over a year and as far as I knew I had canceled my subscription. apparently I'm only attached through paypal and have no way to login and unsubscribe. I unsubscribed through Google play last year after I paid. Now I have been charged again and quickly emailed the contact that PayPal gave me. they are telling me I am out of luck and they will not refund. I need help, I'm stuck.
