you sign in the it says you have been signed out just like the other people also you can't fill out the information in the app it just takes you back to the main page when you go to look at the password to go to the next page so I had to use my desktop PC and NO app should use a web page they are getting hacked super easy this day and age.

I'd like the app if I didn't have to log in two or three times to get in. Eventually I give up and log in on my computer, or just start with my computer in the first place.
Horrible app. Messages that you send to your doctor don't go through and get sent to your drafts folder instead. Ridiculous and dangerous for a medical app that patients rely on to reach their doctor.
So far this app is terrible! after I enter my email and password I get a screen that asks me if I want to log in without a password. if I hit yes it says it's unlocked by my face but then every time I hit "confirm" it just goes back to the screen asking if I want to use biometrics. if I hit no not now or never, it doesn't do anything. So I can't get into the app no matter what I do! I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it's not helping.
I can't log in. At all. I get the "Something went wrong" error message. Every time. I use my web browser and sign in through the website. It's way easier and less frustrating, even though it's as slow as a snail. At least I can log in.
Once I get through the password entry it just goes to the blue water screen and doesn't load the page. This app used to work on my phone but no longer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Frustrating!
the app just doesn't work ( for me on my Android Galaxy S10). Tried this on both cell network and Wifi, removed cached data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. no luck. gets up to entering verification code and that's it. the app hangs with the background horizon screen. would be great to use such an app to keep communication and checking test results but alas.
Logging into the app is an extremely difficult loop of log in and pass key pop ups. this is the only device I use and it makes me log in three or four different ways every time I try to get in. asks you to create a new passkey every time you open the app. it also doesn't save any of your billing information and makes you enter in your billing information each time you try to view a statement. what's the point of using the app when you have to find the paper statement anyways
Two-factor authentication is enough to secure an app. There is no need for biometric data to access my billing information.
Useless application. Every log in asks me to set up biometrics and then there is nothing in the application. No visit history, no billing info...only the ability to find a provider. The help section opens to white pages with white text so it is not readable.
