Gave the completely wrong moon and rising sign for someone. Re entered the info and it continued to give the wrong signs despite every single other website and app giving the same right ones.

Says you're born on 21st August 2021 no matter what you put in or how many times you correct it and therefore everything inside it is incorrect and cannot be changed. Uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue. Apparently everyone's a Leo. 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️😄

Terrible app. Got all of my placements wrong even though I provided accurate information. Reports won't load for me and no, it's not my internet. Funny how it claims to guide you when it can't even provide accurate information.

The 3 day trial requires you to sign up for the subscription. Due to me not having a google payment account and the app not having its own payment processing, I am unable to use the free trial or get the subscription.

The soulmate feature is cool, but it doesn't work the way it's supposed to. I can't read anything about my soulmate or ask questions like people say you can. I don't know if it's because I have an android and not a iPhone. I've also reached out to customer service with no response. Very much a let down.

It's an AI app, which is all well and good, but when I am inputting dates it's generating the wrong chart information. Which is what it's being advertised for which kind of is disappointing. When I put in my birthdate, I noticed that when I went into settings it had a completely different date entered. It was the date that initially popped up when it asked, so it might not accept new input.

Didn't know it was an AI app. It was recommended by some card readers and astrologers' videos. You have to pay for it to use anything after a 3 day trial. The dates it saves are incorrect, and you have to go back and change it on your profile. Adding others also gives incorrect info, and there's no option to check their profile and change the dates. I only saw all th3 other reviews stating the same issues, and this has clearly been going on for some time now. Uninstalling! Say it's not free!

60 seconds in and they are asking for money... I only put in my name and birthday... I had experience nothing at all and they are asking me to pay to "continue the experience "... what experience?? and it didn't let me do nor tap on anything else ehh... everything I tapped on... I was asked to pay.... I'm honestly disappointed.

I dislike this app you can't do anything the app only wants money if you give the app money it will let you do what ever but if you don't give it money it won't work and it says continue for free when I press it just asks what type of card that I want to use it's o annoying please fix this I was just trying the trend where you see your soulmate but nooo I can't even do that without it asking for money all the time !!!!!!

i actually deleted my account here. so I know i wont have any availed subscription but suddenly this app deducted credits on my card automatically and lost money on it without being intentional. honestly made me hate it even more. now I have the app again, cause my money was stolen and I have no choice but to use it and the subscription i did not want.

First, they want you to review the app before you even use it. Then you put in your info, and it stores it incorrectly. Lastly, you have to pay to use the app. It will let you use a 3 day trial and then charge you $7/month for it to give you inaccurate information.

Really glitchy. I submitted my accurate birthday but it recorded it as a random date in 2020 instead. Also gave my partner a different birth date skewing our compatibility scores. Tried a few fixes but nothing worked. Glad I didn't roll over into paid subscription or I'd be cross

The app has potential and the content is fun, but the user experience is frustrating. Every time I try to type in a name for compatibility checks, the keyboard keeps bouncing—opening and closing repeatedly—making it impossible to enter anything. It feels more buggy than helpful right now. Needs a serious fix before it can be enjoyable.

I downloaded this app for less than 10 minutes before deleting. Like other people said I put in my birthday info CORRECTLY & when I used the soulmate feature the description was not my sign! When I checked my info again my birthday was incorrect! Then to top it off the soulmate feature is one use early even though I input my new info. Waste of time...

What the hell! I had several conversations specific to my natal chart, only to find out the app saved my birth date wrong! Every bit of advice and information the app gave me is essentially useless in terms of its relevance to my personal chart! Extremely disappointed & feel like I wasted my time.

The app initially showed my correct birth date during setup, but later I noticed it had assigned me the wrong star sign. When I checked the settings, my birthday had changed to a random date. I corrected it, but the information generated earlier is still based on the wrong star sign, and there’s no way to refresh or update it.

This app wants you to pay to teach it. If you read the other reviews, it gets a lot of the user information incorrect, and the users are having to tell it the correct it themselves. Same thing happened to me for several placements. None of its features are free, it's only free to download. Go with Costar if you're looking for AI astrology, it's free and the AI is already trained

A 3-day free trial and absolutely no free features at all? Uninstalled immediately because there should at least be a free tier and some paid features. Not all of us want to pay $30 a month for a subscription. The whole thing is paywalled after you enter your DOB and all that. Totally disappointed. At least offer a 7-day free trial and a couple of free features that don't require a paywall or FT to access. Honestly what is anyone going to do with 3 days? Might as well not even bother. 🙄

if I could give 0 stars I would. this thing is the worst ai app for readings I've used. I'm a professional reader and I wouldn't use this app to read for anyone. it's extremely vague, does not follow instructions, tries to be a therapy app instead of giving actual readings and interpretations of the cards. I tried to contact the maker, but of course they don't answer you and all of their policies come up with an error code. don't waste your time or your money. you can get better from Google free
