The new version is quite bad, with lots of bugs. It seems like settings such as the light/dark mode, sun sign and other preferences need to be set almost everyday! The app has restarted my phone a few times and takes a lot of time to load. The daily horoscope doesn't get updated automatically when I swtich between the tabs - yesterday, today and tomorrow and needs a bit of back and forth between these tabs to get the correct information. Overall, really bad. 🙁

Too many pop up ads which get in the way of you trying to read your horoscope. I would have upgraded to the paid version but the monthly horoscopes are NEVER loaded in time even if you are a paid subscriber. For example, this month it's now the 5th and there is STILL no February monthly horoscope. What is the point in having this app when the monthlies are never on time? It's not good enough to say 'you still have the dailies' as other astrology app do not behave like this.

The old version functioned better. Not even my purchased subscription is being recognized, but it's still being charged. This kind of malfunction should have delayed this version from replacing the other one that, at least, was working. And there's no place to contact the App's team to inform the problem.

I am so very disappointed in this app. I was able to get premium for a month. When it has come to charging and renewing my subscription again, it refuses to accept any of my payment methods. When I reached out to Google, they assured me the issue was not on their end, but with the developers. I've tried several more times since, and even reached out for support, with no response and no fix. It's like this app doesn't want to make money.

Monthly horoscope shows up days late into the month, disappointing.... After many years of viewing this app, with immense appreciation, I can no longer tolerate the many in-app pop-ups that interrupt the flow of thought and distracts from it original meaning and purpose. Sadly, I have chosen to look elsewhere for support from the universe.

Great horoscope, but poor technical support. When I switched from my Samsung, to Pixel, it preloaded my app information from my old phone. Deleting and reinstalling will not fix the issue. Just clear all data in the app info area. It will reset the app, and it will load without crashing again. The 1star is because I figured this out on my own, and others are having the same issue, and no one is following up on their bad feedback, with a solution. I would not invest $. Use only free version.

Does not display correctly on the Samsung Folds. The first and last letters are cut off. I have to use the small front screen after closing the app to read unobstructed. I contacted the developer a year ago about this, but there was no response. There was no update on a fix. No self initiated QC. Otherwise crazy accurate. I've been reading for years.

The ad pop-up's every minute or so is ridiculous. It never use to be like that. I understand the ad banners because it is a free app for the most part. But trying to read your monthly horoscope and having an ad pop-up in the middle every minute or so, is ridiculous.

I paid for the subscription on my computer but got pulled into a "clear your cookies" loop, even after I cleared them. Came to the app and learned I had the free version of it, but it won't let me login, only "upgrade." I'm pretty tech savvy. This whole experience is painful. Yes, I tried to uninstall the app, but when I reinstalled, it was the free version again with no opportunity to login. "Restore purchases" is a dead link. 🙄

Well the app does not synch with my subscription. I followed the FAQ instructions. In settings. But there is no "restore" feature or link anywhere. Very frustrating. Ok, so I Uninstaller the app. Then reinstalled the app. It STILL does NOT recognize me as a subscriber. Get a message in the monthly area that tells me to subscribe. Double frustrating. Definitely something wrong with it. The web site tells me I am a subscriber. So weird.

Too many ads. Ads go on popping up every few seconds..even before you complete reading a small para and stay on for couple of seconds. Not only annoying but you loose track of what you have read. If this goes on ...don't think anyone will hold on

Pisces is never fully loaded when all the other months always are and I always have to restart the app to load the full daily horoscope because it always seems to forget I'm a subscriber. ALSO the price changed out of no where. I've been subscribed for YEARS. Suddenly I realized I was being charged for monthly access and I was never made aware that this change was coming. I cancelled the payments.

The horoscopes are ok, but the app itself is infuriating - too many ads. Sometimes the content doesn't appear until well into the first week of the month. And worst of all, I have previously paid for the premium version of the app, only for it to "forget" when the app was updated automatically. I will never subscribe again.

I don't know what is suddenly wrong with the app, but this month I am unable to email the monthly horoscope to myself using the forward (arrow) icon link, and I'm unable to even highlight and copy the text. Unfortunately, there is no information in the app with contact info for support...not cool, I pay for this app.

Update! 2/1/2024- I would honestly much rather hear that the monthly forecast is going to be a week late than consistently see a little note of lies about the release date in its place. And lately the daily forecasts haven't been very accurate. I have been a faithful fan of Susan's work for over 10 years! Whatever has changed in the last year is not working very well!

Used to love this app but then the annual subscription price went up from £20 to £40 for no new features. The monthlys have been coming out literally half way through the month recently making them useless as a monthly horoscope. Stick to the free version, no benefit getting the paid version at all. Also, why is every prediction centred around people/occupations that are creative or in publishing... might be just my sign, but there are no other careers mentioned!!!

So, updated: I have been a paying subscriber for years, and Susan is chronically late! She has time to get her "other" projects for department stores out, but neglects her paying customers. With staff and so many options available, she should be able to give us our monthly subscription w/out all of the excuses! I am paying per month, and applications that cost far less, are on time. Not happy and why should I pay for a product that isn't as described?

Too many ads that pop up and when you try to close them you accidentally click on the ads. She's also constantly asking to upgrade to the premium version however for the last several years (I've truthfully lost count) the content is always late by several days to a week and there is always some excuse. I would never pay for an app when she can't release content on time.

Miller's columns are usually available in the clear on her website, but lately it returns a 403 Forbidden access error on launch. So I figured I'd try the app. The app has the same advice...plus pop-up ads. When reading a monthly forecast I saw no fewer than 5 full-screen ads, which interrupted my reading of her forecasts - not the best user experience. So, to get the full forecast without these undesirable intrusions, I'll have to wait until I'm at a desktop system. Put ads in the lower 1/3.

This is a pretty good app. It's well written and easy to read, explains the effect of planetary positions and gives daily/monthly outlooks. I would say that accuracy is fair-good but that's expected. It's a bit annoying that sometimes it asks me to subscribe (even though I've been subscribing for almost 2 yrs). I can't read my info until I choose " subscribe" and then it recognizes that I am indeed a subscriber. I wish there was a way to get private readings.
