Reviews for AstroSoul: Astro Palm Reader

The language in the app is terrible, looks like it was written by an 8 year old... absolutely no astronomical information, and to charge £27 a week for it, absolute rip off! I don't even pay that much for a gym, where I actually get some benefit! Uninstalled and will never be reinstalling!

I downloaded the app out of curiousity and I am surprised to see the app is subscription based with no free functions. I understand some apps are like that but the subscription is $29 PER WEEK. That is very predatory marketing for something that is presented through an app. Don't waste your time or money, you can get all your palm reading and horoscope compatibility elsewhere.

The app looks like it's free, but they want $30 a month. I can't even see if the app functions are good because I can't try anything without giving you my credit card information for a 3-day trial and it's too easy to forget to cancel. That right there is a huge turn off for me. It's an absolute no for me at this point, no matter how good your app is. You ought to just charge for the app if you're going to do this. The price is outrageous.

It was written as 7 days trial and i thought it was free . They just played a trick with us. It was never mentioned we will be charged for a trial! I started the trial period and charged 200 rupees which is too much! I never expected it to be this bad! If They would tell me I will be charged, I will never do it! It's a crime. Give back my 200 rupees.

Immediately wants a review, 10 seconds after opening app. It "starts for free" then opens play store pay to get billing info for it's weekly fee. Excuse me developer, that is not free and should not be listed as free or as "in app purchases". Perhaps list as free trial, or be honest and upfront and in the "about app" section on here, put that it requires a weekly billed subscription. Why would anyone want to trust an app after it isn't truthful about its price?

Poor Customer service! I subscribed for a year and logged in through Instagram and it charged me $1 and then $29 for a PDF I didn't want. Then it charged me $19 a few days later. Customer service just asks if I want to cancel after 5 emails saying I just want me money back. I had already paid for a year I shouldn't be charged for everything again in less than a year. Otherwise this was my favorite app. The customer service is horrible. Don't expect a refund even if it's their fault you get charg

I downloaded because it looked interesting. As soon as you click start free trial, it immediately takes you to a subscription page. I thought ok, i dont mind paying, i understand that they need to make money but holy cow. £27.50 A WEEK, get stuffed. I looked to try to find a smaller subscription but nope. Your not going to get anywhere charging people them prices l, and with the false advertising claiming its free when it's not.

Has the audacity to ask for a review before I've even opened the app, then says start for free, then takes you to play store where you can only proceed if you agree to a subscription whose costs are INSANE! Okay, you can have your review, your prices are a complete scam and your play store page is 100% misleading, you certainly won't be getting a subscription though

Subscribed for a year because it looks cheaper than weekly subscription. I like it because it gives me insight especially when I need some. It's very easy to use. Never experienced any app crashing or freezing. If any, it takes a few minutes to load the app. [Update 7.8.24: I think I won't renew my subscription with this app anymore. I consistently check my readings on a daily basis and noticed readings are repeated on some days.]

This app is horrific. Nothing works, palm scanner doesn't work, it wouldn't accept my birthday to access horoscopes etc, if I clicked the wrong area it would instantly close the app. On top of that, as soon as you open the app, it forces you to sign up for a free 3 day trial and after that it's $50 NZD a week. I'm weary to give it one star, I would rate it zero if I could.
