First thing's first - no subscription needed for such amazing cases - Next, how amazingly organised it is! Gives us confidence before stepping into the real world! Corrections and Explanations are superb! Thank you so so much for such a valuable and easy-to-use app!

First of all it is the Best Clinical App for Learning & Gaming. I wanted to give the full Star But Today I Updated the app and was amazed by looking at the subscription Amount and changes which were not before the update. Har Function me Subscription lag raha hai... Matlab Phele Logo me app ko popular karao then Subscription k Lao ,Aur Dusro ki tarah Business bana lo... that's not Fair!

Hello, I’m an MBBS student from AIIMS. The app is really good, but I feel the heart refresh time is too long — 6 hours. It would be better if this could be reduced to at least 1–2 hours. I understand that encouraging students to go for the Pro version is important for you, but reducing the refresh time might actually help more students and increase user engagement. I hope you understand. Keep going Best wishes 🤗

This app is great!! It helps turn cases into easy games and also makes you investigate in a proper manner, the explanations at the end of the case is also very helpful. I was really enjoying this app and then suddenly the app stopped loading properly and kept flashing the loading screens back to back instead of opening the app....I hope this bug can get fixed soon. other than that...I think this a super fun and very educational app.

after playing a bit longer my opinion is even lower. I'm pretty sure the whole app is AI generated and the current crop of users is being used to check for errors. Almost every case has logical and or clinical errors. eg you should look for infection in HG but not giving the option to at least dip, urine culture is wrong. Theres no nuance or progress in the case; making it a poor reflection of actual medical practice. I'm now leery of anyone below registrar using it.

previously I started using this app compromising some thing at basic level and I really liked it but when its new latest update came I got to know about the reality of this app. the sole moto of this app is anyhow make you take their membership or subscription. previously atleast how we reach to the diagnosis and other details were free to use but knowing that people are using free version instead they now disabled us to go through it. you may have introduced some other premium features instead

I recommend adding more images, such as electrocardiograms (ECGs) and X-rays, showing both normal and abnormal findings and may include lung sound and heart sound this than it will become towards more realistic. This would help users identify abnormalities independently, with follow-up indications for further medical evaluation. Additionally, including toxicology-related cases would enhance the resource's comprehensiveness. Note: I have noticed wrong X ray or # Shows in Ortho please verify befo

Previous review: This app has great potential. keep up the good work Devs! also I would appreciate it if we can sync contacts and compete with friends like Duolingo. overall a very helpful app! thanks! New review: You guys just locked away everything behind pro subscription. How could you do that? I know making and maintaining an app requires money but please think of some other way. As you know majority of medical students are broke af. At least don't lock away the diagnosis explanation part.

i have been using this app for 1 month but now it's getting slow and takes too long to open and run the app. i fear it may be due to increasing overload on the server and increasing love for this app in the medical fraternity. i would request the owner to make the experience smoother and suggest them to reach out to medical colleges for it's promotion and membership plan by giving discounts.

Hi, I liked your app, its very addictive to play. Before Subscribing to your pro version. I have some queries. I searched for your facebook channel or other contact, I couldn’t find any. My queries are: 1. If I subscribed for 1 year pack, Can i solve as much as case I want or there is limitations, like 10 love/10 case a day? 2. How many cases are there in total? 3. How to contact you regarding any login issue or subscription issue or anything?

this app helps you building confidence in clinical skills also provides Great knowledge about the investigation, diagnosis, treatment .i am using the free version would love to take a pro version if the subscription charge are reduced .overall a great learning experience!!! btw not a paid review. genuinely liked the app would rate it a 100/10

Great app! I love learning every day. The process of going from presentation, to ordering tests and then interpreting results is really helpful for challenging my thinking. I love the thorough explanations at the end. Edit post update: the explanations are now behind a paywall. I respect that it's a business, but $200/year is crazy. I can get Medici/AMBOSS for that money. This is useful, but be real, it's AI built. Really disappointed.

I have been using this app since the previous version. In previous version, free users still got a lot of features. I found this app is a great platform for learning and testing my clinical skills. But with this new update, you are forced to subscribe to avail most of the learnable things. So I am requesting the developers to atleast allow the free users to read how we land in the diagnosis, symptoms and investigations and treatment of the patient in details.

“Atrium is a great app for clinical puzzles, but the new version puts too much focus on subscriptions. It would be better if users could choose to subscribe for extra features while still being able to use the core app freely, like before. Please keep the main learning experience accessible and make subscriptions truly optional 🌹 🌟 3/5 stars

Good app. From the contents to the layout evrything is excellent. But I noticed a glitch, I had a 19 day streak, suddenly the streak was reduced to 1. I didn't miss any day but still this happened. Although the calander is showing 19 days (the fire mark) but the home page and widget are showing 1 day streak. Can you solve this out. Thanks.

one of the best apps for practicing cases, very interactive! love how easy it is to use. I just wish the waiting time for each heart was less. Overall, I loved this app. Keep up the good work! Edit: used to be one of the best app. new update came and now everything needs the pro version. I understand some features requiring pro access but I can't skip cases that are for specialists and now I'm unable to solve more cases on a specific system. A lot more to say but not enough space. Disappointed!

Excellent app however now there is a huge payall that limits a lot of information that was previously free. I had been using it for a month and I had genuinely liked the explanations after each case, and the interactive UI. But, after the new update, the crucial info behind a huge paywall and the test results being in a more clunky flashcard format, being really hard to scroll through and look at findings instead of all being in a list that you can quickly cross reference, is a big turn off. :(

The overall content of the app is excellent and very helpful for clinical case solving. However, there is a small issue — whenever a popup (signs, symptoms, diagnosis, etc.) appears, it disappears too quickly. 👉 Suggestion: Please increase the display time so users can read comfortably. 👉 Also, adding an option to save the popup content would make revision easier later.

I think it's a really nice app for advance learning for a medical student. It would be better if images were attached for certain cases to get a better visual of the case. It's merely a new app so almost everything is free. But I know soon it won't. It will enter the business world and very few items will be free. Please keep it this way for us medical students who always cant afford it. You’ve done it for a greater picture and so let it establish

Kudos to the team for developing such an interactive clinically based game. These many cases being available for free is quite surprising to me. You don't get bombarded with info which makes you feel overwhelmed. At the same time you learn well enough after a case about the condition. Though, it would be better if you have more plans for Pro version instead of only 6 monthly and annual subscription.
