Reviews for AudioLab Audio Editor Recorder

The first time I've ever left a review on any app - it's that good. The free version is powerful enough to do almost anything you need - but the pro version is worth the money. Certain functions can be a little confusing at first, but the help button usually clears things up. Handles all common formats with ease, and the video/audio encoding is shockingly fast. Powerful utility with everything you need and some things you might not have known you needed. Highly recommended!

I've been using this app for a couple of years now and it's honestly the best option for anyone who wants to edit videos, music, etc. Or even add vids or pics to music or vice versa. It's also very good with post processing your own tunes or even removing vocals music etc. or making your own ringtones. Super versatile and flexible, other editors could really take some notes from this creator!! 💪💪

I like this app over all. It has good qualities such as, video to audio, filters for music, etc. I didnt like their recording audio and removing noise. Recording audio makes it sound so dissonant, like it's in a tube echoing down to you. Removing noise does nothing. Another problem, which is why I dislike this app, you take a video make it to audio. Good. You delete it after a little bit. Boom! A day later the deleted song...returns! Finally, went away though, but still a little odd....

I got multiple ads and requests to pay for the pro version before I did anything, which I detest in an app. I also can't find any clear information on what file types other than MP3 are supported, but it doesn't seem to include the one I need because the files I'm trying to edit don't show up at all, so those ads and requests to pay are especially insulting.

When I first got this I thought it wouldn't be much, but I was very pleasently surpired. The UI is simple and esay to learn. The tools you have at your hands is a lot, even for the free version, and its on mobile. It was a good Idea to have a pay what you want system for the pro version. It's always good to have choice for how you pay. It's definitly a great option for editing your audio on the go, and I'd recommend it to anyone with any interest in editing audio.

Sometimes, it's just a part of a song that you want to loop for the perfect ringtone. (And with all the spam, perfect ringtones are necessary, so you can enjoy your fave tunes 🎶 while ignoring the scammers that want to steal your time and money.) This app does exactly that. Trim, fade, and loop to your perfect mix, and then do it again when the season or your mood changes. And there's plenty more I haven't tried yet. Totally five stars already, though.

I've only used this app for a short while, but my experience has been great. I needed to trim and convert an audio file from stereo to mono for our auto-attendant. Instead of waiting on the person to record the greeting again, I was able to make the changes myself using this app. I probably won't need this app again, but decided to purchase the ad free version to support the developer. Great app!

Works really well, tons of tools. Wish the "save as" options were a little more flexible than a dropdown of a few pre-selected choices. Why? Because Android's painful storage permissions force the use of long, obscure folder locations - particularly for an SD card. Usually music & video files and clips you tend to edit aren't in your main music folder either, so some flexibility on this would be a big plus to avoid hunting down where a file is at after editing. Overall, this is a GREAT app!

A lot of features! I really can't imagine what else would be needed. Includes a threshold filter and number of passes. This is mandatory for me. It takes a while to find every everything but I didn't have time to read any guides or instructions, if there are any. I like the 'pay what you want' to upgrade to the professional version. If you find that you use this then pay for their hard work to bring it to you, right? Just saying…… Not preaching!

AUTOTUNE OPTION... Download this & right away u can tell it's one of those apps that were created by the gods of technology (not 100% sure if there's any of those left). When u see the homepage for the very first time, there's at least 20 different options to choose from -- just for a recording of your voice. Well maybe more than 20, maybe less. I just installed it 5 minutes ago & I'm having too much fun with it to stop & count. (if the developers ain't millionaires yet they will be soon)

You can relax with it, unlike so many other, not-so-user friendly apps which I have a fistful of. I've had the free version of this app for over half a year using/comparing it aside similar. And my personal (novice opinion) is that none other compares, especially as an all-in-one audio editor. Basically I write a song, hit record as I sing to a simultaneous trash-can beat. Afterwords I edit with AudioLab's surplus of just-what-ya-need functions, features, and tools that are easy to use.

Overall not bad, but I have a problem with tuning. I downloaded a song that sounds low, out of focus and scratchy. I also downloaded a song that was fairly decent, just needed to adjust the treble. It didn't matter if the song sounded horrible to begin with or if it was clear, the sound quality in the app started out bad. That made it more difficult to adjust the song in any way. When playing those same exact songs on a media player they are clearer than the AudioLab app.

Would never use any other app for this kind of stuff. I've used it for years. Theres one blip or glitch though that's happened latley. An ad noise keeps coming up almost every time I'm come into the app. But there's no ad. And there's no way to get it to actually stop unless I close out the app. Which is a hassle. And you can't just wait out the ad music because it's always stuck in a loop. It's quite annoying, and idk if it's a glitch with the ad engine or not, but I hope it can be fixed.

Used to be amazing til they got rid of the search function for converting video to audio... How very stupid to get rid of that. I'm not looking through every video in my phone just to find the one I want now. The update effectively made this app useless for me... PLEASE FIX!!! (Update: didn't realize there's 2 video to audio options to choose from & I just happened to pick the wrong one. This app is the bee's knees!)

I've used this app every now and then for years now for various things (merging, splitting, editing video, etc) and it's never failed me! although not a regular user, it's the only app I always end up using for what I need because it's user friendly and has so many options - like an all-in-one, Jack of all trades type of thing! highly recommend!

I've used this app for a while now and it's great. I usually like having the video to audio option to have the music in my playlists. BUT I've noticed that I can't change the audio's name from the default (lv_0_(Random numbers).mp4) to the name song I chose. It wasn't a problem before and I'm mainly wondering if that feature is removed or I just don't know where to go to rename things.

I have been using AudioLab for years and I think it's the best. Whatever you want to do with audio this app is the Swiss Army Knife of what you want when you need to manipulate audio in any fashion. I wouldn't use it to mix audio stems like Bandlab or Pro-Tools because that's not it's design. This converts, normalizes, split left and right, even splits instruments now. It's the best money you'll ever spend if you want the best audio tool around... look no further.

this is the ONLY app I found that can actually trim a m4a file easily and save it easily with no fussir hassle. But... BUT... It takes F.O.R.E.V.E.R. to load an album or to even search a specific title. I do have over 50K audio files. Maybe you need to fix your Large List Loading. My music player had that problem for a while but finally got it fixed. I'd likely subscribe if that was fixed

Far from Foley Artist; Heck, I had to look up All the Techy words! But, it was more than worth it. I finally found my AI's voice. The voice, in perfectly approachable contralto, that I've had in my head, for quite some time. Many of the Bells&Whistles, have long and detailed "READ FIRST" Instructions. But, mostly, it's just plain, surprising fun. Wish I would've appreciated them A/V guys more, back in the day. Thank You Engineers, for making AudioLab. And Thank You for making it affordable

I got to say this is the most powerful audio editing app I've ever come across on Android. I would like to see the additional feature of adding more sound effects and to be able to place them anywhere in an audio timeline like mixing down a multi-track. I would also like to see the ability to create audiobooks using audio files as chapters. album art would also be appreciated if you can create your own album art and make a specific album. Great app and can't get any better than that. keep up the
