My first time of using AusweisApp but it is very good as it is userfriendly and self intuitive.

Easy to set up Ausweis. Switched from German to English.

Terrible experience! I have already invested 1 hour of my time trying to pair the app with the desktop without success! Frustrating!

NFC readout is PAINFULLY slow butay be hardware issue, guess the cards are cheap trash. Also multiple readouts for a single request is just ridiculous… At least UI/UX are good.

Unacceptable, I have an European eid, and the app does not accept the card. The app clearly states European eid as an option, and still nothing. Wrt the comment below, I am an EU citizen, with an eid and the app sais I cannot use it.
