I have been using this app for over a year and a half now. I recently switched from self directed to company directed. Ever since, it has been horrible! I have to scan a QR code every time I clock in and then the QR code doesn't work so I have to go get a new one. the lady at the office says that it's not just me, It's everyone. Can you please please fix this app?! I would love for someone to contact me and tell me how I can clock in like I used to with just my information. NO MORE QR CODE!!!!

So if you're picking up a client from day services, work, or an appointment you cannot clock in using the app. Many clients are not allowed a call in method. And even when you can use the call in method, it's a fifty fifty as to whether it's going to work if you're not sitting at the client's home. Frustrating.
The CHECK-IN process would be easier to notice for new employees if it had a button-like appearance. My initial reaction was that my list of patients was blank & I had somehow messed it up. All other buttons appear as buttons. It also caused problems as my manager had to fix the time for 2 months. Maybe it is me, as I care for only one patient.
I have had nothing but problems since the update, this is the worst app on my phone! Everytime I login, it does not find my client. Even though it has full location access. I have to touch the date on the top each day to make sure it changes. I am constantly on the phone with my agency due to the consistency of problems.
Update as of 12/29/24. Still having sync errors since 2019. This time, a sync error on the app probably cost me my job. Didn't sync a clock out today until 4 blocks from clients house. App froze and appeared to have worked but when I double-checked myself a few blocks later when I pulled over to check it hadn't. Restarted the app and it decided it was going to sync my clock out somewhere. Nowhere near the client's house. Thanks for never fixing the sync errors.
Constant problems with clocking in and out. It has been consistent since I got the app, and none of the bugs have been fixed. I'm often told I was absent for appointments when I was clocked in. It also doesn't let you keep track of the hours you logged through out the week. Please fix it people use this for work!!! 🙏
It only adds up the whole hours for the week but a break down of the hours each day and to b able to pull up the total hours for even past weeks would be nice. And then it gives the choice of transportation but a place to keep track of mileage would be nice also. Otherwise it's fairly easy to use.. when it's working.. and I've only been using it for about a week..
I have only used it a couple of weeks. I would love to see a program that provides a column for daily and weekly TOTALS for each client. Doing the math on hours and mins takes time and room for error in my books. Todays computers could be programed to instantly do that math for us. Having weekly totals for the client would be a nice feature while the programers are at it.
I'm giving this app a one star rating. Every MONDAY,TUESDAY AND sometimes WEDNESDAY after the weekend that I come in and try to log in, it won't allow me to do so. It says ERROR DOWNLOADING SCHEDULE. It's not syncing if I'm correct. This app is horrible and hope it gets fixed soon or find another way to log in. If we don't use the EVV system to log in, we can get in trouble I was told. So it's not fair to anybody that this app is the one messed up but were held Liable.
It won't open. It keeps closing. Such a pain when you need to clock in and the app doesn't work. A lot of times I clock in and it isn't recorded also. It would be nice if they'd show the difference in hours also if you look at worker hour total for the week. There's no differentiation between different types of personal/attendant care. They could go a step further and make it so much more user friendly by showing the lacking total of approved hours for each category the client is approved in.
I wish I can give 0 stars. I'm forced to use this application to log in-and-out of work. Stupid would be an improvement. If you're lucky enough to be able to log in you'll be amediately told that your client is an error. Oddly..Shouldn't you be able to punch in your clients name and be able to clock in like a normal application? Nope! Youll be given an error message first! Each time every time. Cleverly there's not enough characters to list off the problems with this application. A**holes..
I agree with the top comment. This app is not worth the amount of stress that it causes. Tired of having to call my office because it didn't accept the clock in /out even though you see the green checkmark before you turn off the phone screen. Also adding the feature of the app not logging you out unless you exit it would be appreciated for the employees who have clients that live in out of service areas.
Terrible app. Would give 0 stars and uninstall if use not required by my employer. No longer automatically recognizes my location, have to manually enter in client name to clock in every time. Fingerprint authentication no longer works either. I have it enabled, but it never gives me the option. Also, whole shifts seem to be disappearing from the app, despite being clocked in and out for them. I'm having to manually add times to my timesheets.
Total nightmare of an app. Not only are things backed up on the state/insurance level, the app sometimes doesn't allow you to clock in because of errors (again usually because people higher up the food chain are behind on their jobs and us little guys get to suffer the consequences and the threats). The new horror for today is a missing client list. It's exhausting to have to be told to make due with an outright hostile system that finds you expendable, plus navigate their busted tech.
I have had several issues like not tracking hours correctly, not letting me find my client and clock in when I need to. I just find it frustrating about the hours I've worked disappearing in the middle of the week. Im not crazy about it making me change my password just all of a sudden when I just got used to the one I created. But when it's running smooth it's nice to have all that info just right there
This app doesn't maintain the collected data in a way that can be viewed more than just one day at a time. Once the service week is over there is no way to go back to check how many hours were worked or how many hours the client has left for the month. I can clock in and out, but I have to keep track of everything manually so I know how many hours my client has left. Sometimes my clock-in is missing when I go to clock out. Please, fix these issues!
The app has a lot of problems. *The visits will disappear *It continuously loads and doesn't go farther than that *It will tell you that a client isn't found *It won't sync the data in a timely manner *It will tell you that a visit is completed, but then doesn't sync to the system in the computer. *It sometimes won't load the page once you try to log in. The app works very poorly.
The app, is not mobile user-friendly. You can't see what time has been submitte. or how much time worked. App also doesn't always work, & you can't clockin- out on time. It's also impossible to navig. the palco site to approve timesheets when you have to open each individual time. You can't see what you worked or your employees have worked. Most of us use our phones and don't have time to use a laptop or have one. We need a more mobile friendly app where you can do everything in one place.
Terrible app. It worked fine for the first billing period, but now it's giving me problems. For 4 full days it wasn't syncing my data, even though I was connected to both mobile data and wifi. Then all of the data disappeared upon logging out. It also expired the session just as we were doing client attestation, and guess what? That data was gone to when I logged back in. It had to be edited manually. This is ridiculous. As caregivers, we don't even make that much money and now we have to worry about potentially lost wages because we were forced to switch to an app that is glitchy and not even recording the data necessary for us to get paid. How is that fair?
The app is not user-friendly; it doesn't give any options for help. It has errors often. It can't find the client at times. There's no option to manually correct errors such as clock in or out times due to whatever error the app is experiencing. I would be beneficial to everyone if there were options to edit time so it could be reviewed by overseeing the agency of the client. Do better!
