Complete waste of time. It is a scam most likely. After waiting days for some kind of response, I received nothing! Even tried contacting support and still zero. Absolute waste of time.

While it does have bugs here and there, the devs are constantly working and fix all issues in timely fashion! Additionally the ability to have a mobile technician come to you is so cool! 🙏👍

Here's a piece of advice Don't make me register just to get an estimate . The website pushes you to the download the app and the reviews on the app seem to be hit or miss and the 1 star reviews seem to have excuses as feedback from Auto Monkey! Apparently the monkey around with you. I'll pass.

a lot of simple questions and they were worded incorrectly example they ask you why a customer's brake shake they said warped rotors I think that's supposed to be the right answer the actual correct technical answer is assembled lateral runout leads to excessive thickness variation I'm not working for another group of guys that don't know anything it's not a difficult test you worded it wrong incompetent I work with people from Europe break Shake over there for the same reason

Can't recommend. Prepaid for a repair, no mechanic never picked up my work order. Tried to call customer support, went to voicemail, right in the middle of business hours..... Now I have to wait for this fee to drop off my account. Stay away from this waste of time.

Easy to use app. Very responsive team with flexible schedules. Great value for services provided. Upfront quotes before you schedule so no surprise bills! I have minimal down time so being able to get my car serviced while I'm working without having to find rides is amazing! Will definitely book again!

Professional technician of twenty plus years master certified, went to college for this , i was taking the application test in. It was layman's. If anybody passes this test, they don't know up. And down left and right, as far as cars go. So based on the assessment test, this company gives they're not. Weeding out good technicians from bad ones, just people who can read English. I would stay away from this company medicine

I have used Auto Monkey multiple times and every time they have exceeded my expectations. They notify me ahead of time when they are coming, all of the mechanics have been polite and well trained and they clean up after the job. Then they notify me when the job is complete. All of the repairs have been great and I have had no problems. The best part is I never have to tow the car or take time out of my work day because they come to me wherever I roam. Good Monkeys, go get a banana.

I set up my account, entered the repair needed, paid, and waited. After 3 days of " no mechanic assigned" I emailed customer service asking how long the process takes. I was advised that the mechanic in my area was on vacation, but should return that day and he would contact me soon. Four more days, and I heard nothing. I sent customer service another email asking for an update. Next time I logged in to check the status, my repair was cancelled without any communication or refund status.

This is a 3500 character review condensed to under 500: 10 days, 2+ mechanics, no service. Delays, missed schedules, with my second mechanic totally disappearing and subsequently being released from the platform. Support became increasingly less helpful and attentive. Depending on your region, reliability varies vastly (I'm in Central Florida.) Only try Auto Monkey if there are no other options. While it's a solid concept, it obviously needs a lot of growing to do and a lot of kinks to work out.

This company is the worst! 0 stars. The first appointment was cancelled after they put a hold on the money so I couldn't schedule another mechanic. Then had to wait almost a week to get another available time. Guy doesn't bother letting me know he's going to be late supposedly until 20 minutes after he was supposed to be there, wait 2 hours still no word then claims he came and couldn't reach me but still not a word in the app! I'm so pissed atp don't even bother waisting your time!
