Unfortunately there is no English translation to this app, I am having a very difficult time trying to pay my toll charge.

I've been using the previous AutoExpreso app for a couple of years now, and I can say that this app is way better in every possible way. So glad to finally have a real app and not just a shortcut to the website. Keep up the good work!

While selecting Purchase, there was an Alert notification but from that point on I don't know if I am registered, if a tag was issued and ways of accessing the tag. Not user friendly.

The new update or the recent update (September 14 )of this app on my galaxy s22 plus is not working when the app was working fine . So what I'm trying to say is fix the issue or problem asap ....thanks cuz that's the bug it has right now . Thanks

App stopped working, can not recharge my account and nearby station is 1hr aware. Customer service non-existent. I believe they do this to charge me the multa.

With the last update of Aug 12 the app doesn't allow me to sign in. I've tried using the password, my fingerprint and my face to open but no luck...

Very bad application, it is so badly designed that when you create an account you cant even login. When you finally can, you cant even add you toll card. Calling customer support is no help either.

If I could I'd give this app zero stars. This is a private company. I expected a little more than a government app. Shame on you for filling your pockets with our money (the Puerto Rican people's money) more and more every year and not spending a significant amount of that fortune to have a decent app. I've been trying for more than an hour to get my account balance and it has me going around like a carrousel. SHAME ON THIS MEDIOCRE COMPANY FROM SPAIN THAT PRETENTS TO BE MODERN AND IT'S NOT!

It's supposed to automatically recharge after it goes bellows $5 and somehow I still get a penalty fee for lack of funds, how? It never lets me pay with any card. Always an unknown error happens.

Horrible app, i already have a AE sticker and it doesn't recognize it. As soon as i log in it sends me to register a new one. Can't recharge, even the website doesn't give me any type of information about my balance or how to pay anything. This is a scam

Cant add new tags and now I dont have a tag assign to my car and my balance is lost. And now this is also tied to out car registrations and is not working. New update didn't change anything. App still broken. I will continue to report this app until ita fixed. This is a government app paid by the citizens and it doesn't work.

For days now I've been trying to log into the application. An error message keeps appearing. I need to refill my auto expreso but you are supposely doing maintenance on the application. I visit the booths and they do not have systems 🙃.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The app crashes ALL THE TIME. I couldn’t even log in without it crashing at least four times. If it worked right, it would be an amazing way to save time. Keyword being “if”.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Unable to log in or access through the website. Costumer Service in non existent. I alredy have my sticker registered and it asks me to do it again when I try to log in. Making it impossible to do so as its ALREADY REGISTERED.

Such a horrible app that doesn't work at all and doesn't allow you to register your car to pay your toll when you don't have a pass. They engineer it to not work so they can fine you.. Also they don't like to answer the phone and if you speak English they hang up. Very poor service and rude people

Edit: with the recent updates the app had improoved greatly. Cards and thumbprint options are working again. Makes it a lot easier to recharge and keep track of balance. It started great now instead of making recharge and access easier the thumbprint logging was removed and the save your card option appears to have been disabled, making the process of recharging funds more difficult.

Bad app bad company. Sometimes you can't recharge and tells you to update before charging any amount to your account and wont work. If you want to add another vehicule it wont work and you have to call customer service so both of you(user and operator) must work toghether by phone and connected to the app so you can add the vehicule.

This app used to keep an accurate balance reading of my account, however it was very slow to register when I went through a tool booth. Then, Puerto Rico went to a digital "marbete" that included the AutoExpreso. Now the balance reading is always incorrect and misleading. Sometimes it registers, sometimes it doesn't. My recent reading said I had $42.20 in my account, but when I called AutoExpreso, they said I had a negative balance. I paid $100. to cover, but I don't know my actual balance.

Please, take this advice from a professional software tester. What I liked: 1. Moves lightly in my old Galaxy S6 phone. 2. Have all the same web page information at hand. 3. Have not used all the functionalities right away, but I see all web options available here too. 4. Clean and easy to read and understand 5. Simple to use user interface 6. Easy navigation What I expected to see: 1. The ability to choose my notification options like choosing from Push, Email, or SMS, or all depending of the user's preferences 2. The ability to choose my notification options for near to expire cards 3. The ability to choose my notification options for low balance, overdraft balance, or none at all. 4. The ability to change other system settings like day view or night view, font size and contrast for visually impaired or viewing preferences. I usually do not feel compelled to install an app in my phone that offers no added values to the service I am already receiving in a web page to which I can log in through my phone's browser anyway. If you add these other settings, I would be a good incentive to install the app in our devices. In general, the app looks promising.

It appears that all PR public servives apps (eg, autoexpresso, acueducto) have their credit card payment system broken. This has been working perfectly for me and this month all transactions failed! It's not a problem with the credit card because I've called them as well as have tried two different ones. Please fix ASAP!
