My 2006 Ford Focus was sent to the local auto parts store. There I got a free CEL check. it revealed problems related to the cooling system but couldn't tell the exact issue that my car is facing. Frustrated, I splurge on this Automend Pro and it perfectly solves my situation. It was the thermostat that caused the problem and when I replaced the thermostat, the car went on smoothly again. Awesome.

I'm trying to log into the app for the second time since I've had the device, but it doesn't log in. I desperately need to run a scan to find out why my check engine light came on today, but I can't get the app to work. Very frustrating and very inconvenient!!! Decided to try setting up a new account, but it only allowed me to set it up. It wouldn't run a scan and it won't allow me to use any of the functions of the app.

I have a Cadillac CTS 2009 that I sent to repair the other day. The next day the vehicle started to be jerky again and when I came to the same mechanic, it required even more further repairs. Much to my frustration, I decided to splurge on this Automend Pro and it alarmed me 8 car issues. But guess what, only one of them required parts and it did not cost much at all! What a genius device.

I bought this for my BMW which I was taking a gamble since most of these that I know do not work on BMW. So let me start by saying I was doubtful and did not expect much. I received the item and followed the directions. Ran the system and the codes came up. Found out what the issue was with this and was able to fix it and clear the code. Great device for the price. This support both Android and IOS so far that I know. Get it already!

I'm happy it cleared my check engine light! No more headache whenver the check engine light comes on! The app pins points the exact issues with your car. There are some minor issues you can fix by yourself but you still need to bring the car to automobile shop for serious problems. FOR EVERYONE HAVING TROUBLE: Turn on the Bluetooth mode before scanning vehicle. Read the manual instructions clearly before using the device as well. Took me a while to realize that my Bluetooth hasn't been turned on

It's very small but sturdy. Once you figure out how to install it, it works wonders. The fact that it is a bluetooth device makes Automend Pro very easy to use. You download the app, install it on your phone, plug it into the interface port, wait for it to scan for trouble codes, and you just saved yourself a fortune.

It won't connect to the OBDII scanner, and no luck reaching customer support. It only sees the IOS option, which is obviously useless for Android. I tried multiple times to connect to the iOS option with no luck. The android option is in my phone Bluetooth settings, but not the apps. However, the app does see my TV...so if you are having a bad day, just remember some programmer made his app ignore the version it was supposed to connect to, and show the wrong one...with everything else around it.

The only issue faced when setting it up is that I drop the device several times before successfully connecting it, since the port is under the console. There is no satisfying "click" sound when inserting, but checking the app will let you know if you got it right. Other than that, It works perfectly fine.

Everyone with vehicles needs this! Unless you are the mechanic yourself, or live with one, or have one as your best friend … otherwise you need this! The app notify you when your car is in need of oil change, tire rotation or any other service. Since I am not a car person, these things have never been readily on mind. I absolutely love this gadget.
