absolutely garbage app that requires an excessive amount of personal information just to turn around and sell to some marketing brokers. didn't even receive the promo credit after watching their horrible into video.
app is buggy, doesn't display accurate information for points expiring, and I've had tons of points just disappear. support was no help
it feels crazy invasive to have to provide so much info about myself just to vacuum the dust out of my truck. having to download an app in the first place seems really dumb when I can just tap a card to wash at the same exact autowash. there's no reason this app should even exist. 👎
Downloaded, set up profile, watched the video, went to claim my "300 clean credits". It was deposited into my account, then immediately withdrawn before I ever even got the chance to use them. Best of all they leave no way contact them. Would NOT recommend to anyone!
App is awful. I have 8 washes available but cannot use any. Constant error messages in the app. Cannot view account in App. Really is one of the worst apps.
New app will randomly send a ton of notification spam on several days. App constantly fails to load, stuck on animation screen. Other times it will suddenly crash after you've pulled up a code and you lose it. Phone support is non existent, calling the number goes to voicemail that you never get a call back for. What is the point of a membership wash when the app doesn't let you use them? There are several other membership car washes in Denver, maybe one of them will have a functional app.
The app won't load correctly and is extremely glitchy after the last update. We were at the carwash for over 10 minutes waiting for the app to cooperate and use my membership only to have to drive away.
Good app for a great service. I do have two cars on my account and man it sure would be great if there was an option to get notified when the other car uses the wash... so I don't go to the wash and get unknowingly denied.
Downloaded the app so I can redeem the 300 Credits ($25) to get started so I can attend their local carwash. They never gave me my Credits, and the prices are ridiculous. I instead drove 8 miles away to a touchless carwash that had no app but charged less than 50% on their highest wash that is the same as Autowash. I will possible reconsider if I got my 300 Credits.
apps not great, you went to qr codes and half the time the code doesnt load. if you leave the screen or try to reload in the history it says you used the wash when you never were even able to scan it. also when I go at night at least one and sometimes both bays are broken. But best automated car wash I have used if you can deal with the app and long lines. you will get value out of the subscription service even though its slowly getting worse.
