absolutely garbage app that requires an excessive amount of personal information just to turn around and sell to some marketing brokers. didn't even receive the promo credit after watching their horrible into video.

it feels crazy invasive to have to provide so much info about myself just to vacuum the dust out of my truck. having to download an app in the first place seems really dumb when I can just tap a card to wash at the same exact autowash. there's no reason this app should even exist. 👎
Downloaded, set up profile, watched the video, went to claim my "300 clean credits". It was deposited into my account, then immediately withdrawn before I ever even got the chance to use them. Best of all they leave no way contact them. Would NOT recommend to anyone!
App is awful. I have 8 washes available but cannot use any. Constant error messages in the app. Cannot view account in App. Really is one of the worst apps.
New app will randomly send a ton of notification spam on several days. App constantly fails to load, stuck on animation screen. Other times it will suddenly crash after you've pulled up a code and you lose it. Phone support is non existent, calling the number goes to voicemail that you never get a call back for. What is the point of a membership wash when the app doesn't let you use them? There are several other membership car washes in Denver, maybe one of them will have a functional app.
The app won't load correctly and is extremely glitchy after the last update. We were at the carwash for over 10 minutes waiting for the app to cooperate and use my membership only to have to drive away.
Good app for a great service. I do have two cars on my account and man it sure would be great if there was an option to get notified when the other car uses the wash... so I don't go to the wash and get unknowingly denied.
Downloaded the app so I can redeem the 300 Credits ($25) to get started so I can attend their local carwash. They never gave me my Credits, and the prices are ridiculous. I instead drove 8 miles away to a touchless carwash that had no app but charged less than 50% on their highest wash that is the same as Autowash. I will possible reconsider if I got my 300 Credits.
apps not great, you went to qr codes and half the time the code doesnt load. if you leave the screen or try to reload in the history it says you used the wash when you never were even able to scan it. also when I go at night at least one and sometimes both bays are broken. But best automated car wash I have used if you can deal with the app and long lines. you will get value out of the subscription service even though its slowly getting worse.
For two months when I show up to my normal location and log into the app it tells me I am not at any of their locations. Log into their limited wifi and still the same. Two months of subscription payments down the drain. Cannot cancel membership without being directed to a phone number. Phone hours are closed during my normal available hours. What a joke.
So frustrating to pull up your wash code and then it goes blank right when you pull up to the scanner. Try to back out and then it says you've used your wash after wasting time in line for 20 minutes. Not going to pay additional on tip of my monthly membership due to the apps failure.. probably the end of my membership .. thanks for wasting my time
Does what it needs to, but since they updated to the new app, it can take over 5 minutes to load up and then the automatic wash options load in slowly one at a time. Because the GPS radius is so small, this can both cause delay and hold up the line while also having a high chance that you pick the wrong wash type. And there is no way to go back and change the wash type prior to using it in this scenario.
So lovely to be stuck behind a group of people waiting for the app to download updates so I can kick off a wash. Wish it auto connected to the wifi or something as it's is so slow. It should preload a QR code or something that I can use to just scan at the machine and finish checkout there. Crashes and I had to clear the cache then it said I was registered to another device. This is so awful.
Horrible app. Never recognizes my location even when I'm standing right next to the wash. When it FINALLY gives me a code for being a member, it disappears faster than you can read it. Then when you walk around trying to get the code to show up again, it'll suddenly say you've used it and take away the wash! Furthermore, the cancel subscription button pulls up a phone number to call instead of just canceling. Absolutely horrible experience with this app.
They keep raising the price for the basic minimum plan (i used to have the premium for a couple years). Deactivating your paid plan without deleting your accounting is a huge pain. They bought out most of the other options and offered low prices, and now jacked up the prices now that they have a strong market share. Pretty scummy. But it is what it is.
My problem is how the app is used to purchase your car wash. You go through a steps to verify your car, kind of wash, and that you have no attachments that could get damaged. Finally a qr code comes up which you then have to turn your phone around and reach out and far up on the panel hoping that it's not obscured by droplets. Multiple times I've gone through this and after the reader beeped the wash wouldn't start. I look at my phone to see it thinks I want a vacuum. Go back to using a keypad!
Autowash is the only car wash I've used for years, for one reason. That reason being that using their app provided a discount of $5 per wash, making their highest tier wash ($22 normally) $17 each time. But as of this review, they've completely overhauled their app and that discount no longer exists. They've added a reward system in which you get 1 credit for every dollar spent, and 100 credits only gets you $5 off! You do the math on that one. Plus the credits expire in just a few months...
App constantly crashes when you try to open it. Maybe it has to do with Android 15 update, not sure. However, now I have a car wash membership I cannot use anymore because of non-functioning app. Also, the app thinks I am registering a new device when reinstalling (or clearing the storage for it), which I was able to do successfully once to log in, but now will not allow me to access my account again. Apparently you can only do this once every 30 days even trying to re-register the same phone.
Generally works well for what I need it to do, which is purchase carwashes with my membership (which you can only do if you give it your location). It's cluttered with unnecessary content, like games and promotions. The Garage function is wonky. It's missing cars in the database and won't let you remove a car once it's been added. You can only be signed in on one device at a time, and they only let you sign in on a different one once a month, which can be a problem if you carry multiple devices.
