Is a great app when it decides to work. Unable to use 50% of the time due to internal errors. I am using the current update and it did not fix the issues. Update: 6 months have gone by and the app still sucks. It only works sometimes and all customer support will do is tell me to uninstall the app. What a joke!

All my vehicle history is now gone, all my parts in my cart for multiple vehicles is gone, when I add parts to my cart, they don't show up & the quote total stays at $0. This app has awesome potential, but it's currently a dysfunctional mess.
very easy to use and understand
It's decent app. Definitely has a few glitches. Number 1 petpeve is NO COPY AND PASTE. Can't copy part numbers and such to add to invoices for fast and easy parts descriptions on customer invoices. Would be great if you guys fix this!
The app does not have every part available as if you looked them up online or called the store. Also it likes to show multiple copies of the order number in the history making you think you were charged multiple times. Once the app has an issue I can't keep using it because it'll be down a whole day
Very convenient for on the go ordering. However the vehicles list doesn't sync up with the desktop application. It doesn't seem like the app in the desktop a mirror image of each other. I would give five stars if the desktop in the app synced better.
Last update to this app, messed things up, from searching for parts to ordering parts, search bar will delete some of text, or not search properly. Cart problems, if parts are added it won't see them, go back and reorder and you will have 2 in cart. Please fix....
Absolutely worst app ever! Can never get logged in even though using correct password! Won't change vehicles or shows its changed but still looking up parts for last vehicle. Shows order went through only to show up and commercial says no orders from you. Inventory off, customer service argues with you! Oreillys app much better and cheaper for commercial/shops. EPIC fail for a HUGE company!
The app is great for on-the-go ordering and convenient when it's after hours and I need parts first thing in the morning. The greatest and best thing about this app is how much time and energy I gain back when I'm talking to my technicians in the garage, I can be ordering right there instead of taking down notes or trying to remember everything and then get to my computer and can't remember the year of the vehicle or licence plate.🥺 Only issue: Please update app to shop parts WITHOUT vehicle!
Same issue as with others vehicles not changing. Also, when you go to change vehicles, sometimes it won't show the year and hangs. The issue I've been having is orders not going through. I have had to go to the Internet site and order from there. Very frustrating when you have been waiting for parts only to find out the order didn't go through.
App doesnt work. Seems to always be down this last month. Been buying from Oriellys instead. App won't "launch" Circle spins around and around for several minutes. Never opens. Have to uninstall and try again. Sometimes that works then next time same thing. When it does open there are errors, sorry didn't write them down, when trying to add a vehicle.
I like the app because it makes things easier but there are things that need to be worked on. For starters the app always closes when I try to see my order history. Another is that on the app you cannot make an estimate for your customer you can only add parts to the cart and make the order from there you cannot make an estimate like you would on the website. If I'm trying to work from my phone I would have to open my calculator. If these things are worked on it would be a lot better.
Im 50/50 on the mobile section... seams like there are alot of sync issues with actual computer sight. Not always are the inventory count correct but it is what it is. I have downgraded the rating to a 1 star.. im always needing to log in and then im getting told wrong info.. on websight i have no issues..and im always logged in...
this makes shop management so much easier and no more being put on hold for prices on parts .
I do appreciate commercial discount... I do think the commercial side needs to be streamlined a little better.
App needs to show an estimated time of arrival before purchase, it should also let us know if the order will be fulfilled on the same day or at another day before purchase. Workers should have better communication when parts aren't available or when they are closed for the day. Order should show orders as pending. Currently, it doesn't show that.
Byfar the worst experience possible for trying to order parts. It says that my home store is in Tennessee when my shop is in Wisconsin and doesn't even give me an option to edit or change it. Then 99% of the time while trying to price up parts or do a quote, you type in the part and it pops up that theres a system error and nothing shows up on the screen. Then while trying to use the pro website it signs me out immediately after logging in, every single time. Its beyond ridiculous...
Doesn't work most of the time. I use the web browser. Re-downloaded the latest version app and it still doesn't fully work. It loses the cart/quote when I back out the app and go back in. It's laggy and glitchy to were I end up adding an item twice cause it lags. 7/3/2024 update: App is still not working correctly, things metioned above plus: I add things to the cart and when I click on the cart to pay, I lose parts. Seems to do it both in stock and special order.
Very glitchy. Sometimes won't change the vehicle. Have to pay close attention to make sure it does. Sometimes have to clear app memory to get it to let you change the vehicle. It'll still you it's changing it, not then it goes right back to the previous. Also, doesn't show some vehicles in your history, even seen you've just done a confirmed order. It's convenient when it works, which is most of the time, and a nightmare when it doesn't.
Edit: 3 years in still the same broken pos app that's been out. Vehicles don't change when you select them, parts in your cart randomly disappear and won't let you add parts, orders never show up at the store. FIX YOUR GARBAGE APP! Edit: a year later and it's still not working properly. Now I can't select a vehicle and the vehicles in my history are all gone. This app is absolute garbage. Always something wrong with it. Currently I can't login. Goes straight to a page saying not found.
