Reviews for AxisCare Mobile
← Back to AxisCare Mobiledoesnt allow me to login and out. always have to uninstall and and reinstall... glitches, doesnt send over data properly.
Excess care is absolutely amazing. There's no flaws, everything flows pretty good g. P, s, it's a very awesome app.
Pretty basic app, just downloaded for my new 2nd Job. The app needs to be redesigned so there can be compatibility with Apple iPad and Mac OS. The next app update should include an option for dictation on mobile and tablet devices for greater efficiency when completing visit notes —using the speech-to-text option on mobile devices is not enough because this option stops listening to the user after so much time has passed.
my experience has been horrible and stressful to say the least.. it tells me that my ZIP CODE IS WRONG!? AND I KNOW THAT IM USING THE CORRECT ZIP CODE.. ITS THE SAME ONE I PUT DOWN ON MY APPLICATION AND ALL OTHER PAPER WORK!!? I CANT SIGN IN AT ALL?? AND IM SCHEDULED TO CLOCK IN TODAY AT 9:30
The app itself is very user friendly and easy to manage, but it crashes quite frequently and then I'll have to reenter my credentials again. Please fix the bugs otherwise 5 stars!
I don't like you can't clock in or out if you aren't in the home . my client in always on the go and we never can make it back to clock in or out sometimes because we aren't in the area.
notification stays on a lot after I've opened everything and that drives me nuts because I feel like I might miss a job opportunity so I check and recheck and there is nothing to see
The app is really blocking me from entering my username and password Can anyone help me with advice on taking care of this. It would be much appreciated and necessary for my work
only thing I don't like is when someone takes a shift it doesn't go off and they are not in order by date. also, when you click on one to see if it is available and you go back it starts at the top of the page again
Great for signing in/out and keeping track of your hours. Would love to be able to see more than just a week of your calendar as that would help with scheduling patients.
AxisCare is easy to use once you've been on it a few times and it keeps me plugged in to different clients that are available.
It's great to be able to clock in and out not at the office, but it's constrained, and too often shifts aren't starting or stopping at clients' houses, and clients want to change their times, and we have to call the office. Or message them and we can't do anything if they are busy.
1) I'd love to see my monthly sched, not just a week's worth--other apps like Generations offer this. 2) I would like to see previous notes on my clients--Generations allows for this, and it's great! 3) If I make a mistake when requesting a shift, I can't undo it. I'd like to have the option so I don't have to call my already busy scheduler before she approves it. Things I love: being able to chart with each ADL., being able to edit/add notes in case I forgot for the next 24 hrs.
Right after I updated it says Internal server error! I can't get back in! DO NOT UPDATE! Going on a week with no resolution. They will only work with the administration of my company 😒 and appears they are giving them the run around. Telling me to update...... That was the problem to begin with . I have uninstalled and downloaded many times and still all I get is internal server error!!!!
You do not receive push notifications when something is taken off or added to your schedule. This means the office has to send you a message. This can get very time consuming when you are adjusting schedules daily. You can't sent messages to your office staff, unless they send you one first as there is not contact list to work from. The location detection is terrible, standing in the clients living room connected to their network connection and get and error out of location area.
Average app. It works and does a great job - most of the time. The other times it crashes, and crashes without even opening. I'm glad it's not often. This time, after clearing cache and all other things I could think of, I had to delete and reinstall...works again...for now. Some may think this is a harsh review, however, when you require an app for work, you expect very much higher standards.
Not sure what is going on with this app. But this happens quite frequently that it records the incorrect time that I clock out . Taking 30 mins here or there , I never used to check, cuz I figured that the app could accurately keep time for us. Wrong. No telling how many hours that we have been short changed I know for myself over the past year not sure ? Not gonna go back and check it will just frustrate me even more. Anyone else have issues with the time keeping part of the App??
AxisCare app is a great way to go for employers/employees who want to go paperless and do everything digitally. (Cell phones, lap tops, tablets) This app is also perfect for traveling nurses who need to time in/out at their clients' location. Not only will you be able to clock in and out on this app, but you may also document your daily notes/concerns necessary for each client you see throughout your day. Plus, all communication between employers/employees can be done right through this app.
stop prompting "how would you rate the app?". It continuously uses the phone's app notification, but when you click notification, it just opens up the app to the home screen, and then just asks again 5mins later. Either make the link open to the app store so I can genuinely rate the app, or fix the notifications settings inside the app to be able to turn off the prompt.
