So here's my honest take on BackThen: Family Album Journal. I've tested a bunch of parenting apps and this one's pretty good overall. The auto-organization and ability to add details to photos is super helpful for busy parents. And the privacy controls are a big plus - you can share selectively instead of blasting everything publicly. On the downside, the app can be a little buggy at times and the UI isn't the most intuitive. But for the most part, it gets the job done of letting you easily build a digital photo album for your family. I'd recommend giving it a try if you want a safe, private way to save and share your kids' memories.

Description

Been using BackThen: Family Album Journal for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you save and share all your kids’ photos and videos in a private family journal. There’s auto-organization by child, and you can add notes and details to remember those little moments. Honestly, it’s a pretty solid way to keep your family’s memories organized and secure.

Here’s what you do: you can easily upload photos and videos, and the app will sort them all by child. There’s also creative tools to make collages and custom photo books, which is pretty cool. And the ability to control who sees what – you don’t have to share everything publicly if you don’t want to.

Look, if you’re a parent who’s always taking a million photos, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job of safely storing and sharing your family’s memories. Worth checking out if that’s what you’re looking for.
