Also experiencing the issue where I couldn’t login anymore, reinstalled, and now the app just crashes continuously

Update. New update has solved the issue of user credentialsl storage. App is working well.

Horrible, they take your money, then the app doesn’t work, and they do not respond to emails. Do NOT download!!!

New app works great on legacy device, new updated device shipped, will test again.

App constantly crashes and will not allow login. It has reported “signature has expired” for the last week, uninstalling and reinstalling did not work.

This app gobbled up 15 GB of background data in less than 7 days. This forced me to purchase additional data from my cell provider to make it through the month. I would give ZERO stars If I could.

App worked fine for 4 months. This morning it stopped logging in via fingerprint recognition. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now it won’t load at all. Just loads the startup screen and then crashes/shuts down.

Keeps crashing. I know this just became available on Android, but the app won’t even open on my Pixel 6. To use the app I have to carry my iPad on me. Please fix! Edit: I cleared my Bluetooth cache and not it works perfectly! Thank you!

it seems like they haven’t considered common use cases. Interface is not intuitive. There have been several bugs, frustrations and misunderstandings dealing with this and trying to get help from customer service. Also plans are expensive.

not as advertised. the free device only works with the app and disconnects continually. customer support talks in circles.

when I try to test my device disconnects and from device and keeps saying device rejected from bactarck view. very frustrating. I’ve uninstalled app multiple times and still have issues. I’ve been about to test twice. unhappy for the monthly charge and unable to test.

There’s issues with ‘signature expired’ error which can cause a missed test when you are unable to sign in even after several months of using the same email, password and finger print for accessing the app. The breathalyzer itself is better after updating not leading to false positive tests at least.
