Also experiencing the issue where I couldn't login anymore, reinstalled, and now the app just crashes continuously

Horrible, they take your money, then the app doesn't work, and they do not respond to emails. Do NOT download!!!

New app works great on legacy device, new updated device shipped, will test again.

App constantly crashes and will not allow login. It has reported "signature has expired" for the last week, uninstalling and reinstalling did not work.

This app gobbled up 15 GB of background data in less than 7 days. This forced me to purchase additional data from my cell provider to make it through the month. I would give ZERO stars If I could.

App worked fine for 4 months. This morning it stopped logging in via fingerprint recognition. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now it won't load at all. Just loads the startup screen and then crashes/shuts down.

Keeps crashing. I know this just became available on Android, but the app won't even open on my Pixel 6. To use the app I have to carry my iPad on me. Please fix! Edit: I cleared my Bluetooth cache and not it works perfectly! Thank you!

I have a court order to test through this app. If I don't test I don't get to see my son. Woke up to test this morning and the app wouldn't open. Tried all the usual stuff... Delete it and reinstall MULTIPLE times. Cleared the cache. Even deleted a bunch of stuff off of my phone just in case It was my storage that was the issue. The app STILL will not open and now I face REAL consequences. This app is not right for that! No CS and today is the 4th of July and I may not get my son!

it seems like they haven't considered common use cases. Interface is not intuitive. There have been several bugs, frustrations and misunderstandings dealing with this and trying to get help from customer service. Also plans are expensive.
