I paid for a digital copy of one of the issues, and I can't access it because the app sucks so much. It always crashes.

I have a digital subscription with this, and I still have to buy in order to read the magazine. The app won't let you log in, nor will it allow you to read your subscription without crashing. Do not subscribe, only buy each and every individual magazine.

I cannot restore my purchases.

I paid for a magazine but cant download it yet I have been charged.

I can't log in even though I have a digital and print subscription. The help faqs are way out of date from 2018 and don't help at all

Had a one year subscription, now on new phone I cannot get any back issues that I had bought to download. Avoid this app and company

New app doesn't let me restore purchases or sign in and now I can't access purchased issues.

Worked well for a while. Really enjoy all the recipes and stories. Unfortunately I currently can't access any of my purchased issues. Keeps giving me an error message. Same thing happens when trying to download them - no access. Hope this gets resolved soon!
