I love this app! It is so easy to log in and out of. I like that I can use a PIN, my fingerprint, or a password. This is one of the easiest recording apps that I have used.

you can't upload a profile picture. seems like that should be easy. especially when they prompt you to do it.
Was extremely difficult to get into. Make sure you have the best update on your device as possible because if you don't, you won't be able to 2 step verify it.
It needs a lot of work. There's no one to contact if there's a problem. It would be nice to see your yours worked and email further upper management team. If your looking for just the basics then you got it.
I really like bamboo for its easy accessibility. But it tends to have connection difficulties. Have had a few nights i couldn't log out or punch in.
I have tried many times to get a hold of support for no reason, I guess... It fails to give me any email with a way to reset my password so it is dead right at the beginning. Fail for sure.
i can't even login... the authentication redirection with gmail dies and there's nothing to do.

Cannot seem to get holiday request sent for last 2 weeks as it keeps saying " time off categories are still downloading". Why do people say its always for our convenience when quite clearly its thier convenience YOU do all the work and chasing around for a human to help you???!!!
I hate this app. I should be able to open the app, clock in and get to work. Instead I have to take 4 steps to clock in, that's way too much. There are days when it's running slow that caused me to be late. Nothing beats an old fashioned timeclock. Once again, I hate this app
No way to change timezones within the app. This means I need to get my laptops out just to change it when flying around the country. AI help bot gives unusable advice and you cannot see what you're typing when your keyboard is up.
The employee side of this app is far less user-friendly than other apps I've seen. You have to fully clock out for a break and clock back in. It doesn't keep track of how long a break you have taken. And it doesn't let you just open up a project folder and upload pictures or notes. It only lets you dump all project photos into a single folder so you have to label them in the file name in order to find them. It doesn't let you change projects without clocking out and back in. Very rudimentary.
The platform does so many things well, but it's just sad that the platform can't hold information after one presses "save to finish later" (save progress) 😢 it never saves anything and thats so annoying and frustrating 😫😩, the thought of having redo so much work, all because I "saved " my progress inorder to attach documents... only to find my progress wasn't saved. please fix this bug.
The app is great for things like clocking in and out, grabbing pay stubs, etc. Unfortunately, in the play store, it says location data is optional, but the app REQUIRES location data to be on. There's nothing optional about that! If a permission is required, that should be made blatantly obvious. This app is also refusing to let me login with my fingerprint, if the app has been idle for a while. Dealing with this problem keeps causing me to clock in late!
The only thing it seams to be good at on my phone is showing me my time off hours I have/and request off. The pay stub only shows a couple of the deductions (not all) and net/gross amounts. All of these are jammed together and not easy to see or read, some have larger fonts and disappear. I wish my company would not have gone with this. If you have a choice I would not recommend this app or company.
I prefer the website version. Please add a link to the desktop version in the app. Bouncing between both interfaces, like with most other apps is pretty practical, especially since the app version is simplified. For some reason, I cannot view the desktop version, unless of course I'm on a computer. This sucks. but when I try to go to the login page, I end up on some other intro page about the program/company and free trials, etc.
