Been using Bandcamp for a couple months now. It’s basically an online music store where you can discover new artists and directly support the ones you love. Pretty cool if you’re into discovering underground/indie music.
Here’s what you do: you can browse through their huge catalog of albums and songs, and when you find something you like, you can buy the music or merch directly from the artist. There’s also a neat offline mode – you can download the stuff you buy and listen to it anywhere. And the recommendations are actually pretty good, they do a nice job of showing you similar artists you might dig.
Look, if you’re into finding new music and supporting independent artists, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can be a bit clunky sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re tired of the same old stuff on Spotify.
