This is honestly the worst app to have to do anything on. Just trying to make an appointment is an ordeal and when I finally get all the details entered and I'm at the final screen, I hit "Make appointment" and nothing happens. It's highlighted in orange, so I know it's selectable, but it just won't work. And then I try to hit the back button and still nothing happens. I went to the website and was able to make the appt in 1 minute. This is so frustrating! It's been years like this.

This is a great app, but the appointment scheduling is frustrating. As someone else mentioned, there aren't enough general complaint options available. I mean, you have urinary problems, how hard would it be to add a GI problems tick box? And why not allow progress if only the text box is used? My hospital has blocks of time for urgent or last minute appts, no Vet assigned. It would be nice were there an option for that.

Love the vet, but your website and app are just awful. They never work. Ever. Today it took me to my dashboard just fine, let me halfway make an appointment for a pet, then couldn't connect to the availability for selecting a date or time and kept saying "something went wrong". So I tried on the website, but it wouldn't load any of my pet's profiles and had a blank dashboard. So I went back to the app, and what do you know, all of my pets are gone from it also and the dashboard is blank.

The old app was a lot more user friendly. With the new changes made to the portal, it has become incredibly inconvenient. As someone who has multiple OWPs, I was able to go into the portal and select the plans I need to pay. However, the new portal makes me initiate a new payment for EACH animal which is redundant and very time consuming. Aside from that, access to records is available at the tips of your fingers!

The app is great but it does not sync. I set an appointment online (by way of an email reminder) because I forgot I had the app. Due to work, I needed to change the time so, I went to the app. I could not find the appointment. I set a new appointment for a more convenient time. There was no cross reference alert notifying me of double booking. They should consider syncing online logins with the app.

The app is fine for basics like making an appointment or checking history, but overall it's not very helpful. You can't modify the wellness plan (even though it provides the option it won't actually let you change it online, you have to call). You can't edit your pet's name. There's also always an "alert " notification that something is overdue but when I click to check it out everything is up to date. It's usually easier just to call the store and talk to someone.

Crash everytime I tried to log in. Only works if I close the app, reopen it, and try login for the second time. Does not have the option of "stay login", so have to manually do that every time I use the app. (Update) The app is convenient to check when the vaccines and exams are due. It's also very easy to make vet appointment and chat with online vet 24/7.

It was a great app to start out with, I could see all the information of my cats' shot records and medical procedures done and I loved it. But now when I open the app it won't load anything, not even my appointments or my cats' profiles. I tried logging out and logging back in, nothing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no change. This app is super buggy, please fix it. Would also be better if it had all the same access as the website does.

Each time I login with the correct username and password it says "unable to log in". Then, if I want to press forget my password, it doesn't recognize my email address. I receive emails from Banfield on the email address weekly...not sure what is going on here. Deleting the app does not work either. This is highly frustrating as a wellness plan member.

This app is so frustrating. It's slow to load, and it's a nightmare trying to find an open appointment, because there's no clear way to see the availability of the doc you want, other than clicking day by day. The vet chat is useless, always saying that you should bring your dog in, which is impossible anyway, because they're always booked weeks out. The options that they gave for type of appointment is limited, and no one reads the notes you add.

App is unusable now. For the last few weeks when I log in to it, it wouldn't load completely and show my dog linked to my profile. I could access most of the features, just nothing pertaining to my dog. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now I can't log in at all. I'm using the exact same login information that I use on the website, which works there, but I can't login. Used to be a pretty great app.

Edit 10/22/2024: digital team responded to my email. They updated the app with some fixes on the play store and asked me to contact them if the fix didn't work. It did and I'm thrilled! This app is very useful and I'm so glad it's back to working. Thanks for your hard work! Of note, I contacted the wrong team first. I contacted web support instead of digital team. Probably could have been fixed sooner if I'd contacted the right team first.

This app worked great in the past and allowed me to easily view my pets' health records. It hasn't worked properly in months. The only thing I can view is my pets' weight charts. It won't load any other information. It also keeps showing a Banfield that we don't use as our last one visited. I really miss having all of our information readily available.

I used to love using the app, it was very user friendly and I was able to login and schedule appointments quickly and easily. However, over the past few months the app has been glitchy, with my pet not being visible at all sometimes. It has randomly logged me out and then not allowed me back in, despite the fact that my saved username and password work fine on the website. I can now no longer access my account at all via the app so I've just uninstalled it altogether. Banfield please fix!!

May as well just use a web shortcut! Most of the 'features'of the app involve sending you to a browser. So, what's the point? Also, in order to book an appointment, I was forced to choose a reason from a very limited list, none of which applied. I just wanted a check up on my pet's renal condition (been on an Rx diet for weeks). In response to Banfield, although I wrote the real reason for the appointment, the app wouldn't let me finalize the appointment unless I selected from the short list.

It just took me 45 minutes to schedule an appointment because the app would freeze up trying to pull date availability for appointments, which it tries to do every single time you select a date. The first time I got the the final "make appointment" button the app crashed completely upon clicking without making the appointment and I had to restart the entire process. whatever system they are using to pull availability needs an overhaul.

i never leave reviews, but I'm not sure how else to go about getting this fixed since the app doesn't work. The tabs to switch from anything other than the home page. The buttons to change to profile, calendar, ect, are directly layered under the butons for my phone, making it impossible to switch without pressing the buttons for your phone instead. horrible design. please fix.

Difficult to set up, and I'm having the same issue as described by other reviewers: I can't complete creating an account. At some point, an error message pops up and there's nothing I can do. The office (which I love) suggested I use this app instead of going to the e vet when there are issues. Well, I've got issues and nope, this isn't going to help me at all... very disappointed.

Doesn't work for razor+2024. The app used to work great , I have no idea what they did to it, half the time it freezes on the log in page. If I eventually get it to log it , it freezes a lot , doesn't have my pet profile and has the wrong name on the profile. Not sure what that is about. The website works great , I just wish they they fix the app. It's not a smooth experience. I have cleared cache , uninstalled many times and tried again , it's just not working.

The app is fine for a while, then they update it and somehow break almost every function. Can't use Pet Chat because the typing box is hidden behind my phone's navigation button. Extreme lag, difficult to log in, etc. Also, the appointments available aren't actually real, the office you book with may or may not actually have an appointment for that time, so they sometimes have to move it and don't always tell you outright. Developers - please just make a stable version and LEAVE IT ALONE.
