Been playing Barber Chop for a couple months now. It’s basically a game where you can style hair on different characters from all kinds of backgrounds – Black, Asian, disabled, LGBTQ+, and more. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you get a selection of characters and you can cut, color, and style their hair in different ways. There’s also a bunch of holiday-themed characters, which is a nice touch. And you can even unlock special items and outfits for your characters – took me a while to figure that out but it’s a cool feature.
Look, if you’re into hair styling apps or just want to play with diverse characters, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Barber Chop. I've tested a bunch of hair styling apps and this one's pretty solid. The character diversity is a huge plus - I like that they've got people of all backgrounds represented, not just the standard white/male characters you see in a lot of these games. And the styling tools work well and there's a good amount of depth without being overwhelming. On the downside, the tutorial could be better and the ads can get annoying if you don't pay. But overall, it's a fun little app that I've been enjoying.
